From the moment we arrived, we felt safe and welcomed. The building has fantastic 24/7 security — always warm, smiling, and ready to help. You enter through a stunning, Asian-inspired courtyard framed by towering brutalist facades, and take a private elevator straight to the apartment. Tucked on a quiet street in Condesa, the apartment is just a short walk to Parque Espana and countless excellent shops, cafés, and restaurants — or a quick, affordable Uber to the busier boutique strips. Inside, the space is spotless, well air-conditioned, and incredibly comfortable. Stay with Scarlet. You won’t regret it.

Susana’s place was fantastic & she a fantastic host. She was super communicative throughout our stay & allowed us to check out late since our flight was later in the evening. The neighborhood was extremely walkable with lots of great restaurants nearby. The bed was super comfortable & we got the best sleep! Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! Our hosts, María and Verónica, were very welcoming and incredibly proactive with their communication and instructions right out of the gate. We got into the city early before check-in and they made it super easy to store our luggage in a secure locker until the unit was ready. The actual unit was even better than the photos - it’s huge! The rooftop patio/dining area was a real treat and the interior was very clean/modern. For the four of us that stayed there, it was the perfect space for our weekend in Mexico City. Will definitely look to book again when coming back to the city.

We loved this Airbnb for a bachelorette trip! Comfortably fit 6 girls, very walkable, the rooftop terrace was fabulous, plenty of of fans so never too hot, lots of natural light, large jug of filtered water, and just decorated very nicely!

The property was great. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Santiago was a great host with quick responses and great recommendations to local businesses for dining and entertainment. I would happily stay there again.

I had a great long stay here with my dog. The studio is spacious and very comfortable for one person. I especially enjoyed the private garden — it was lovely to have fresh air and a peaceful spot to relax. The neighborhood is vibrant, with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to supermarkets. It’s also walkable to a dog park, which was important for my pup. The host and her partner are incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. I felt at home right away and would definitely come back!

This was a fantastic stay. Giordana was warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful from the moment we booked through the end of our stay. She made everything easy and seamless, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is in a great location—right in the heart of the city, with tons of local flavor all around. My girlfriend and I had no trouble finding restaurants, street food vendors, and interesting things to do, all within walking distance. One of the main reasons I chose this Airbnb over a hotel was for the space, and it absolutely delivered. The apartment was roomy and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. The only minor downside was a neighbor’s dog that barked all day, but that’s just part of city life. It didn’t significantly impact our stay, and of course it’s not something Giordana could control. If you're choosing to stay in an urban area—especially one this central—some ambient noise is to be expected. Thanks Giordana!

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! This is my all time favorite stay ever! We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for 4 days and we miss it already. The home is located in a famous alleyway but was very peaceful and secluded. Many shops, restaurants, and cafes in the surrounding area, most of which are walking distance. The location was perfect as it was very close to a mega grocery store and near a beautiful town square. The home itself had absolutely everything needed and the most spacious bedroom ever! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the living room and the patios. Perfect getaway!!

Truly an excellent place to stay. Just right for a couple! This little house is cozy, private, quiet ... great if you have to work while in Mexico City. And Israel is an excellent host: always responsive while we were there, flexible about check in, and helping us deal with a couple items we left behind. We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to public transportation is a bonus! Will definitely be back.

Such a beautiful space & very clean / tidy. The apartment is in a great area and walkable to almost anything you would need. It was very peaceful / quiet. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay around the Roma Norte / Condesa area. Margarita was very responsive and offered great recommendations for drink + food in area. I already miss it!!

Amazing home, very spacious with a great view. Plenty of portable coolers to beat the heat, and in the heart of an incredible area full of food, drink and nightlife.

We stayed here for 6 days. The host was wonderfully responsive, whether it was for questions before our trip, or to investigate a noise from the store below. Very close to the Sevilla station and walking everywhere. It was off of a main road, so it was a little noisy, but it didn’t really affect us. I do wish there were more pillows for the bed, and we did have to run out and grab some soap for the shower (shampoo and conditioner were provided, which was great) but that was not a big deal. We LOVED the air conditioning, which is super rare for Mexico City. A wonderful location and host, we highly recommend staying here!

El lugar es tal y como se observa en las fotografías, tanto las instalaciones como las amenidades. Hugo fue un excelente anfitrión, nos brindó la información necesaria para el ingreso a la torre con los Qr, además del código de ingreso para abriry cerrar la puerta de la habitación. Siempre fue muy claro y rápido para contestar. La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca del centro histórico, la arena de México y la colonia Roma que fue en mi caso los 3 puntos que necesitaba vistar.. Cuenta con seguridad privada, Pedro uno de los oficiales siempre muy amable y si no eres de la ciudad no dudes el preguntarle por información. Puedes viajes metro, bus o uber ya que todo esta a la mano. Lo recomiendo y siempre lo tomaré en cuenta.

Fernando was such a wonderful host! We were so happy with the apartment, location and attentions Fernando gave us. The apartment was extremely clean , comfortable and located in a great location where you can walk to stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay there again! Such an amazing stay! Fantastic location, Judit was very responsive and allowed us to check in an hour earlier. She knew we needed lockers for checkout and was extremely proactive and letting us know. The place was near all the restaurants and bars we wanted to checkout and in a safe neighborhood. Space was just like photos and very clean!

The flat was really spacious and offered everything we needed. It’s in a lovely neighborhood with many local businesses to serve your every need. Salvador was a great communicator and very attentive. Would recommend for a stay in CDMX anytime!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect—close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Easy access to Roma. I was working remote, the WiFi was perfect. And the plants on the balcony made for a great background. The area is beautiful. Completely safe neighborhood made for some lovely late night walks. Only issue I had was mosquitos were getting inside. We found a hole in a screen on one window where they were getting in. Art personally came and fixed the screen himself. And presto, no more mosquitos! Overall, it was a great stay.
