Loft holiday rentals in Rome

Amazing location right in the very heart of Trastavere. This apartment had everything we needed for our short stay in Rome and was in a perfect location to access the sights of the city and the dining and nightlife of charming Trastavere. It was exactly as described and Germana was a friendly and welcoming host. Hopefully one day we can return.

Massimo è stato disponibile e ci ha fornito tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per trascorrere un weekend perfetto. Se volete venire a Roma questo è il locale ideale per soggiornare! Fa della posizione il suo punto forte!

Beautifully decorated unique and spacious studio in a great location! Only a few blocks to the "heart" of Trastevere with a never-ending assortment of restaurants. We staid here with our kids (3 and 6 years) and the easy access to bed after late dinners was great. Even greater was the small terrace infront of the apartment where we could still sit and enjoy the evening after the kids fell asleep. The apartment, being at a courtyard of a building, was quiet during the night. There were 2 storeys of fairly narrow steps to reach the place (1 up, 1 down), so this could be something to consider if traveling with very small kids. Our host Francesco was kind and flexible. We absolutely loved our stay in Rome. Francesca was accommodating and knowledgable. She took time to give us recommendations, answered all our questions and helped us arrange a very early morning driver to the airport. The location was great, lots of restaurants, shops etc. Highly recommend this host and Airbnb.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Paco nous a très bien reçu, avec des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée. Il nous a donné quelques adresses et astuces pour se déplacer à Rome, Paco est de très bon conseil. Paco est très attentionné, disponible et flexible pour les départs et arrivées. Le logement est spacieux, confortable, avec une terrasse très agréable. Tout était très propre. Séjour parfait ! Merci Paco.

We had a lovely stay in Sara's place. Her instructions to get to the bnb were clear and she was also very responsive and helpful. The loft apartment is a very cute space and has great aircon which was amazing during the summer heat. There's tram stops very close to the bnb so its quite easy to get to Termini. The neighborhood is also very pleasant and lively.

Great place, great location - lovely restaurant on corner, with a great panini made fresh at the end.

Our time in Rome was unforgettable, beginning with Linda’s warm and gracious welcome. Her friendly hospitality made us feel instantly at home. From breakfast to sunset, the rooftop patio offered stunning views of St. Peter’s Dome. The location was perfect, with public transportation just steps away, making it easy to explore the city. Linda’s thoughtful suggestions were also incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for everything!

Great stay in an amazing apartment built into ancient walls, historical yet very modern. Everything you might need is there. Lots of gadgets and features which is very cool. Very conveniently located minutes from Colosseum and other sites with easy access to metro bus and market and local restaurant around the corner. Hosts are extremely accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Rome.

Lovely appartment in a nice and modern residence. Close to metro and train station (Ostiense). Perfect for city trip. Many restaurants and cafés around with fair prices. Happy to come back another time.

If you are looking for a spacious, charming, comfortable apartment with an 11/10 location with the absolute best blend of private-feeling in a bustling central neighborhood… there is simply nowhere better to stay than Cecelia’s place!!! The apartment is so cute and clean; the courtyard is GORGEOUS and such a vibe; and somehow feels so private and quiet, but then BOOM, you step outside and you’re in the heart of booming Trastevere with 100 amazing restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walking radius. The bed is very comfy (albeit a little firm if that’s not to your liking), and the bathroom is spacious with good shelf space. Finally, I just want to shout out Cecelia for being an EXTREMELY proactive, responsive, friendly, and all-around “on top of it” host! We would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Rome — and you should too.

Fredrica and her husband were the absolute BEST hosts. They lives up to all the other reviews and more. They provided so many great recommendations and were incredibly kind. Any tourist type question I sent their way, they responded immediately. With restaurant recommendations as well as transportation tips to get there. They provided a well thought out itinerary. They also made their home so welcoming to us with arrival treats and special, signature touches. The location was central and walkable to everything. Would highly recommend!! One note: the ceiling height in the upstairs bathroom is a bit limiting (Sloped). Our family isn’t very tall, so it was fine for us but if you’re over 6 ft, want to make note of that.

Great location just a little over a block from metro. Place was very clean. Very modern amenities. Location was on street level but the street has no vehicle traffic so no noise or pedestrians walking by. Super easy self check in.

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful area, very close to the old center of Rome on foot. Fully equipped and comfortable, making it part of the experience of visiting the city. In May, the jasmine on the facade of the building is amazing and you can smell it every time you open the window.

The apartment’s location and neighborhood are truly excellent. The flat was spotless, with large windows, a well-functioning air conditioner, strong Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, and great water pressure in the shower. The towels were clean and soft—everything was just as it should be. Check-in and check-out were also very smooth. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome and looking for a comfortable stay for two. ⸻ İstersen biraz daha kısa veya daha resmi bir versiyon da hazırlayabilirim.

Great location for us and had a great stay! Very close to taxi stand and subway for getting around Rome. Erida very helpful & responsive when needed help with transportation.
