The Mediterranean furnished apartment is located in the basement of our house. The separate entrance via an external staircase leads into the well equipped kitchen. This is adjoined by the double bedroom as well as hallway and bathroom. From the terrace you can look out on the pond and garden. With 2 bus lines and S-Bahn you can get to the trade fair cities of Düsseldorf and Cologne. By car you can reach Düsseldorf in 15 minutes. We will be happy to provide bicycles for excursions in the area.

Our 35 m² guest apartment (1 double bed + sofa bed), renovated in 2023, is located in Stommeln/Pulheim. The apartment is equipped with an electric door lock, so annoying key searching is unnecessary. Parking is available free of charge. In about 450 m is the train stop with direct connection to Cologne/main station (20 min), trade fair as well as airport & Mönchengladbach. Also ideal for cyclists with numerous bike/hiking trails. Supermarkets etc. are only 1 km away

The small barn has separate access and is part of a 100 years old half-timbered house. The house is centrally located and quiet with a view of the city. Shops and restaurants as well as takeaways are within walking distance. On the ground floor was the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Upstairs is the bedroom as well as a couch with TV (Smart TV). Wifi is available. To do this, the property has an Expressi coffee machine, a hob, microwave and refrigerator.

Our apartment is conveniently located near Düsseldorf. With your car in about 12 to 25 minutes to Düsseldorf ,. approx. 30 minutes to Cologne Nevertheless, you do not have to give up relaxing nights, as we live very quietly. All shopping facilities are within walking distance. Thanks to your own kitchen, nothing stands in the way of a healthy and delicious start to the day.
