Beautiful apartment on the first floor in an old farmhouse. Centrally located. Three bedrooms and a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom are available. Wood burning. In winter, ski tours, ice skating, sledding, cross-country skiing, skiing, snowboarding. In summer, hiking, biking, bouldering in the Magic Woods and wildlife watching. Paragliding and the Andeer mineral bath attract visitors all year round. Products are available fresh from the farm in the village, Volg in the neighboring village, Postbus stop right in front of the house.

Cozy apartment on two floors, connected by a spiral staircase. In the rural style, with lots of pine wood, very lovingly decorated. On the first floor there is 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom/toilet, 1 living room with tiled stove and TV. On the 2nd floor are 3 cozy bedrooms, as well as 1 reading + TV niche. Access from the kitchen to the garden seating area incl. fireplace via external staircase.

Max. 16 people. Self-catering. Lighting: solar energy 24 V. Cooking: gas/wood. Hot water for kitchen & shower (instantaneous water heater). Central heating and 1 stove in the large living room. 1 double & 2 large multi-bed rooms on the upper floor. Panoramic terrace, large lawn with brick fireplace. Access (summer) by car in about 7 minutes, on foot in about 40 minutes. In winter, no access by car is possible. (12/20 - 04/30) Food & luggage transport can be booked. Hot pot with bubbles can be booked in addition.

Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

The beautiful, renovated and well-maintained penthouse apartment is idyllically located near the larch forest above the village of Andeer (paradise). Unobstructed views in 3 directions of the beautiful mountains. Free parking is included. The large property is fully fenced. The large seating area with fire bowl for barbecuing can be used in consultation (parties with consultation / rent of both apartments). The apartment is very centrally located, ideal for many activities in winter and summer.

Donat is a farmer village with approx. 260 inhabitants. Away from mass tourism but with a long history of hospitality you can meet the locals and their lifestyles and get around by foot, bus or car. The apartment is situated at the entrance of the village and close to the bus stop. If you’re in for a hike or sledging just step out of the door and start walking, the overwhelming nature Naturpark Beverin reveals right in front of you. Skiing-areas: Splügen, Avers, Heinzerberg, (20-45min).

Haus Natura

The property is located in an elevated, sunny location in the municipality of Sufers, is very quiet with a very nice seating area overlooking the mountains and the lake. The apartment can accommodate four people, two in the bedroom, two in the living room. In the village there are shopping facilities in the Primo store and in the alpine dairy. On request, breakfast can also be booked. Ask for conditions.

Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.

The apartment below us is ideal for families with children whether big or small or people with disabilities as it is very large, and everything is on one level. The large cozy terrace at the back invites you to a cozy dinner or just to relax a bit. The playground & pump track as well as the ice rink can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. There is an outdoor pool right in the neighboring village.
