Holiday rentals with beach access in Roquetas de Mar

Margit's place is perfect for spending a few quiet and pleasant days. The beach is very close and from the residential development you have several accesses. The accommodation is quiet, pleasant and equipped with everything a couple needs. The pool is large and right in front of the house. Margit was an excellent host

Anne Marie is really very kind and welcoming. The apartment matches the description very well, impeccable cleanliness, well-equipped, super nice terrace. The accommodation is located on the edge of the beach, but sufficiently out of the way not to be disturbed by the noise. We were able to take advantage of the dike to take beautiful walks. We had a very pleasant week in Roquetas de Mar and we highly recommend Anne Marie's accommodation.

Quiet apartment, beautiful courtyard for meals and sun. Very responsive host for any request, very friendly and always available for our questions or additional equipment.

la casita salinera de Fran y Eva is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in the Almadraba de Monteleva. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are breathtaking and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants in the vicinity. We will definitely stay here: 10/10

Great view and beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment. Communication and check-in was easy. The apartment has everything you need and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Parking is easy to find in front of the house. The beds give in with 2 adults in bed over the course of the night, so there is a cow, but this did not detract from a nice holiday in a great accommodation. Recommendation!

Ophélie's place is exactly the way she describes it, a 5-10 min walk to the Alcazaba, restaurants and lively areas. Breakfast and late drinks on the terrace overlooking the Cerro San Cristobal is a great experience. Ophélie was super helpful, clear instructions and communication. We felt at home. Highly recommend!

There were two of us and it was very nice. In the kitchen there was everything you need and the whole apartment was clean and very nicely furnished. The contact was very good and Raul was always available. The neighborhood is quiet and there is everything you need nearby on foot. The beach is a pebble beach, so the water is very clear and there was very little going on. We didn't miss anything, the stay was very nice.

Excellent accommodation, ideal location at the foot of the Alcazaba, superb terrace. Pedestrian area, where you feel timeless but everything remains accessible in about ten minutes on foot (tapas bar, cafes for breakfast, places to visit, etc.) The accommodation is very well equipped, very comfortable and pleasantly decorated. A perfect stay;-)

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. We, a couple with a big dog, felt very welcome and comfortable. The apartment with a large terrace and access to the garden is located in a well-kept and beautifully planted complex directly on the beach and entrance to the nature reserve, ideal for running with a dog. We were able to park our motorhome safely in the locked area of the complex, so everything is great for relaxing days!

The apartment is very good, spacious, bright and comfortable. Very quiet area, with very ample parking in the building.

We had a very good stay. Our trip was as a family and the development has quite a few things for the kids to enjoy (park, pools...). The apartment is very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The terrace is a delightful one. They should improve the cleanliness as it was not too good and include some missing basics in the kitchen (although it is quite equipped). As for the location it is a little far away, but you can find everything you need (supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants...) without having to be in the most crowded part. The truth is that I definitely recommend the stay.

I loved the apartment

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

Very nice apartment that fully matches the photos. The views are amazing and the apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The access road to the development is peculiar but once at home it is well worth it.
