Beachfront holiday rental in Roquetas de Mar

We, a couple with a big dog, felt very welcome and comfortable. The apartment with a large terrace and access to the garden is located in a well-kept and beautifully planted complex directly on the beach and entrance to the nature reserve, ideal for running with a dog. We were able to park our motorhome safely in the locked area of the complex, so everything is great for relaxing days!

We worked very well with Svetlana. The apartment is clean and close to the beach.

absolute gem in Aguadulce. the house was clean and comfortable, felt like home straight away. it had all of the nescessary equipment for the rooms and kitchen included. we didn't have a car but the hill is manageable- takes about 20mins to climb up from cottage centre. the views from the apartment were fabulous and the neighborhood is peaceful. the only downside was that the upstairs room didn't have WiFi working, other than that - everything was great and it's totally worth the money we paid! thabk you Antonio for being so good at communication!

The stay was comfortable and the location was good as we could walk to most things. The beach is directly out the front and has a public beach shower right at the access so you don't have to worry about finding one. There is a large grocery store (Consum) about 7 min walk from the home and it has a great selection and very good hours of operation . We found it very central to visit the surrounding communities of which there are several within 15 minutes drive.

Just perfect could have just sat on the balcony all day and watched the world go by

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

The house is just like the photos, it was clean and very well furnished. We had a fantastic time, it's in a good location to visit Cabo de Gata and different beaches. You can park near the house easily. Juan José was very friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend his place.

Everything is very nice. Close to the beach, it also has a very nice shared pool. I recommend this place.

Pablo, what an exceptional host., so professional but also very friendly with his help and advice. The property was as described, had all you needed.. He send over some harmful places to visit and places to eat. Helpful. Location was great for the beach and restaurants., There is building work going on which you see from window, but this is a positive because it is creating a pleasant surrounding for the community. Great amazing sea views., If you are a tv lover the tv is massive but sadly for us it didn’t do English., so maybe an Amazon stick may work., but weather was to good to be worried about tv. The apartment met all our needs

Great experience!! The apartment is very cozy for 2 people; everything is very clean and tidy, and with an elevator. The breakfast terrace is wonderful, with very nice views of the sea, the trees and the mountain. The beach is literally a 2-minute walk away, and from the moment you arrive at the parking lot you can hear the waves. In fact, we slept with the window open listening to them. It is a very pleasant area, with good restaurants and the water of the beach is very clean. And the nightclubs are far enough away that the music doesn't bother you. Emilio, a great host, responded very quickly. We arrived at night because we came from far away and took longer than expected, and he was attentive until we stayed (in fact, there was a problem because the keys were not in the box when we arrived, and since it was late and he could not get them that night, he put us in another apartment (very nice too) very close to this one, and the next day we were able to stay here). Very satisfied. If we come back, we'll repeat!!

We spent a week as a family with two children. The apartment is just as shown in the photos. The mattresses are comfortable. The apartment has everything you need to stay a week. One drawback is the washing machine. It doesn't wash well and the rubber was pretty dirty. We had to wash everything by hand. The views of Romanilla Beach are wonderful, especially at sunrise. The sunset falls on the back terrace. It's close to supermarkets and restaurants. Located in the village, it is not the tourist part of Roquetas where the hotels are. Having the beach right below is a plus!

The accommodation is a 10 out of 10. On the beachfront and with an amazing view. The apartment is very large, it was very clean, very well equipped (kitchen with everything, air conditioning in all rooms, gel and shampoo). The terrace takes up the entire penthouse and has a large barbecue. Communication with the owners has always been very easy and fast. The truth is that you can't ask for more from a vacation apartment.

Maria’s place is beautiful and so peaceful, with amazing views and a wonderful balcony on which we spent hours relaxing. The beach is so easy and lovely, too. Within a few minutes of the apartment are a grocery store, an ice cream shop, and excellent restaurants! Also, the Paseo Marítimo is perfect for a morning/evening walk or run. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have good water pressure and consistent hot water. The air conditioner works perfectly and we slept so well. The apartment was perfect and so clean, too. We enjoyed everything about our stay. María was also very helpful throughout the week with everything we needed. ¡Gracias! I highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again!

We were looking for a place near the beach for a extended weekend get away, the apartments location is fantastic, right on the beach boulevard, with plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafes right on the door step, Lien was incredibly helpful, gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations and was flexible in both check in and check out. I would highly recommend and definitely plan on visiting again in the near future!

We were warmly welcomed by Rocio and shown into the apartment. There was a small welcome gift for everyone and something nutritious from the area. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Nothing is actually missing. The best part is the very large balcony with an excellent view of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning at breakfast. Almeria is not exactly the most beautiful city, but if you want to go on vacation quietly, this is the place to be. Rocia has been in touch with us several times and asked if everything is okay and if we need anything else. We found that very attentive. The nearby underground car park is also a positive, which avoids the very difficult search for a parking space. Overall, a highly recommended place where we felt very comfortable.

The apartment is in a prime location and is fully equipped for a longer stay. Carmen is a kind host who is always there for you. I had a pleasant stay.

Recommended! We have been very comfortable, with the beach next to the house and several restaurants where you can dine. I would definitely repeat!!

We had a wonderful week in Aguadulce. Beautiful view from the balcony over the houses on the harbor, beach and coast. The house was full of conveniences, even some initial supply. The nicest restaurants and the beach within walking distance (spicy/style walk back home, but that is good for the burning of the calories). Nice contact with the host Christelle. Highly recommended this house!
