Beachfront holiday rental in Roquetas de Mar

Wir, Paar mit großem Hund, haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung mit einer großen Terrasse und Zugang zum Garten befindet sich in einer gepflegten und schön bepflanzten Anlage direkt am Strand und Eingang zum Naturschutzgebiet, ideal zum Laufen mit Hund. Unser Reisemobil konnten wir sicher im abgeschlossenen Bereich der Anlage parken, also alles bestens für entspannte Tage!

absolute gem in Aguadulce. the house was clean and comfortable, felt like home straight away. it had all of the nescessary equipment for the rooms and kitchen included. we didn't have a car but the hill is manageable- takes about 20mins to climb up from cottage centre. the views from the apartment were fabulous and the neighborhood is peaceful. the only downside was that the upstairs room didn't have WiFi working, other than that - everything was great and it's totally worth the money we paid! thabk you Antonio for being so good at communication!

The stay was comfortable and the location was good as we could walk to most things. The beach is directly out the front and has a public beach shower right at the access so you don't have to worry about finding one. There is a large grocery store (Consum) about 7 min walk from the home and it has a great selection and very good hours of operation . We found it very central to visit the surrounding communities of which there are several within 15 minutes drive.

Es war eine perfekte Abwicklung und ein wunderschönes modernes Appartement, sehr komplett (mit Terrasse, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine) sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder🌞 Danke 🙏

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

La casa es igual que en las fotos, estaba limpia y muy bien equipada. Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos, está en una buena localización para visitar Cabo de Gata y distintas playas. Se puede aparcar cerca de la casa con facilidad. Juan José ha sido muy amable y muy atento en todo momento. Recomiendo mucho su alojamiento.

Todo muy lindo. Cerca de la playa, además tiene una piscina compartida muy linda. Recomiendo este lugar.

Pablo, what an exceptional host., so professional but also very friendly with his help and advice. The property was as described, had all you needed.. He send over some harmful places to visit and places to eat. Helpful. Location was great for the beach and restaurants., There is building work going on which you see from window, but this is a positive because it is creating a pleasant surrounding for the community. Great amazing sea views., If you are a tv lover the tv is massive but sadly for us it didn’t do English., so maybe an Amazon stick may work., but weather was to good to be worried about tv. Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach, freundlich. Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll. Der kleine Pool war auch im Oktober angenehm warm.

El apartamento cubría todas nuestras necesidades

Gran experiencia!! El apartamento es muy acogedor para 2 personas; muy limpio todo y ordenado, y con ascensor. La terraza para desayunar es maravillosa, con unas vistas muy bonitas al mar, los árboles y la montaña. La playa está literalmente a 2 minutos andando, y desde que llegas al parking se escuchan las olas, de hecho, dormimos con la ventana abierta escuchándolas. Es una zona muy agradable, con buenos restaurantes y el agua de la playa limpísima. Y las discotecas están lo suficientemente alejadas para que no moleste la música. Emilio, gran anfitrión, respondía muy rápido. Llegamos ya de noche porque veníamos de lejos y tardamos más de la cuenta, y estuvo atento hasta que nos alojamos (de hecho, hubo un problema porque las llaves no estaban en el cajetín cuando llegamos, y como era tarde y no podía conseguirlas esa noche, nos alojó en otro apartamento (muy bonito también) muy cerca de este, y al día siguiente ya pudimos alojarnos aquí). Muy satisfechas. Si volvemos, repetiremos!!

Estuvimos una semana en familia con dos niños . El apartamento es tal y como se ve en fotos. Los colchones son cómodos. El piso tiene todo lo necesario para estar una semana. Por poner un pero sería la lavadora. No lavo bien y la goma estaba bastante sucia. Tuvimos que lavar todo a mano. Las vistas a la playa de la Romanilla son maravillosas sobre todo los amaneceres. El atardecer cae por la terraza de atrás. Está cerca de supermercados y restaurantes . Situado en el pueblo no es la parte turística de roquetas donde están los hoteles. Tener la playa justo debajo es un puntazo!

El alojamiento es un 10 sobre 10. En primera línea de playa y con unas vistas increíbles. El piso es muy grande, estaba limpísimo, muy bien equipado (cocina con todo, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, gel y champú). La terraza coge todo el ático y tiene bastante barbacoa. La comunicación con los propietarios ha sido en todo momento muy fácil y rápido. La verdad es que no se puede pedir más a un apartamento vacacional.

Maria’s place is beautiful and so peaceful, with amazing views and a wonderful balcony on which we spent hours relaxing. The beach is so easy and lovely, too. Within a few minutes of the apartment are a grocery store, an ice cream shop, and excellent restaurants! Also, the Paseo Marítimo is perfect for a morning/evening walk or run. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have good water pressure and consistent hot water. The air conditioner works perfectly and we slept so well. The apartment was perfect and so clean, too. We enjoyed everything about our stay. María was also very helpful throughout the week with everything we needed. ¡Gracias! I highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again!

Lien et Gino sont des hôtes proactifs aux petits soins, de l'arrivée à votre départ. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis et conseillé sur le stationnement en ville. Le logement est vraiment idéal, conforme en tout point à la description qui est faite. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. La terrasse vue mer est un plus qui nous a permis de nous relaxer quelques jours pendant notre tour de l'Andalousie. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés. 5⭐

Wir wurden freundlich von Rocio empfangen und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Es gab für jeden ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk und etwas nahrhaftes aus der Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Am Besten ist der sehr große Balkon mit einem hervorragenden Ausblick auf das Meer, den wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen haben. Almeria ist nicht gerade die schönste Stadt, aber wer ruhig Urlaub machen will, ist hier genau richtig. Rocia hat sich mehrmals bei uns gemeldet und gefragt, ob alle sin Ordnung ist und ob wir eventuell noch etwas benötigen. Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam. Positiv ist auch die nehe gelegene Tiefgarage zu erwähnen, die die doch sehr schwierige Parkplatzsuche vermeidet. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben..

The apartment is in a prime location and is fully equipped for a longer stay. Carmen is a kind host who is always there for you. I had a pleasant stay.

Recomendable! Hemos estado muy cómodos, con la playa al lado de casa y varios restaurantes donde cenar. Repetiría sin duda!!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Aguadulce. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon over de huizen op de haven, strand en kust. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs wat eerste voorraad. De leukste restaurantjes en het strand op loopafstand (wel pittig/stijl wandelingetje terug naar huis, maar dat is goed voor de verbranding van de caloriën). Fijn contact gehad met de host Christelle. Echt een aanrader dit huis!
