Large summer cottage with 10 min. walk to the water.

Newly renovated cottage of 131 m2, on a small closed gravel road in a quiet cottage area. Large, almost completely enclosed, undisturbed plot with sun all day. Possibility for ball games, croquet, etc. The house has a wonderful large living room with lots of light and access to the sun courtyard. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. There's room for everyone, whether you want to do a puzzle or read, play or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located next to their own distribution corridor with sliding doors to the sun courtyard.

Cottage with sea view for 1 or 2 families, as the house has a large separate annex with its own bathroom and toilet. Just a stone's throw from the lovely beach, you will find our newly built cottage, where you can enjoy the sea view while having your morning coffee on the terrace after a dip in the sea. The house is beautifully situated on the beach, Dybesø, Flyndersø and Korshage, where there is plenty of opportunity for beautiful nature experiences. Just a short bike ride away, you will find Rørvig By with cafes and restaurants as well as a cozy harbor.

In the middle of Isefjorden and Kattegat is Rørvig and here is my house and my annex, which I rent out. The annex has its own entrance, its own terrace and its own bathroom and toilet. Here, it is possible to get away from everyday life and enjoy the tranquility and all the wonderful experiences that are just outside the door. A little down a cul-de-sac, a little away from the noise of the cars on Møllebakken, you will find my annex. It is a small apartment with everything you need for a few days getaway to beautiful Rørvig.

(Power consumption about 20kr/40 minutes) Outdoor shower as well (if frost-free) The house is centrally located on the water side of Rørvigvej. The trip to the lovely sandy beach goes along Porsevej and through the sand escape plantation. About 12 min on foot. Lyngkroen, a supermarket, and mini golf are within walking distance. Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

Kjelds house is a small recently renovated resort with dining kitchen, wood stove, living room and niche with a double bed. A modern flush toilet, outdoor bath house, bunk room with 2 beds have separate entrances. There are free bikes available and a large terrace with nice shelter connects all buildings. At the edge of a clearing on the large forest and wilderness plot is a small campfire site. Here you can enjoy the sunset and with a little luck see deer and birds of prey.
