The cabin is located 600 meters from the center of Rosa, where the best restaurants and shops in the region are located. There are bars/snack bars and a bakery/convenience store just 150 meters away. It is only an 8-minute drive to the edge of Rosa Beach (1,700 meters). The terrain is wide and all fenced. It has space for cars in front of the cabin and access with an electronic gate, for added convenience. It has a swimming pool for shared use.
