The house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an integrated kitchen and living room, a barbecue area, a shower and a large patio with parking! Our guest house is located within a small condominium with a shared courtyard. It is practically next to the capybara lagoon and very close to the sea. A super nice space, perfect for a couple. The kitchen is fully equipped with household utensils and a barbecue grill. The room has a work desk, a king-size bed and a smart TV. Our air-conditioning is 18,000 BTUs (heating and cooling). The bathroom has a gas shower and a hand shower. Beautiful days are lived here :)
