The house is fully furnished, has 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The kitchen is complete (refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, airfryer, microwave, etc.) The leisure area offers another refrigerator, barbecue, pergola, ping pong table and shower. It has a large backyard, all walled with parking spaces for 3 cars, an electronic gate and an electric fence.
