Beautiful place to stay at nice and clean!

Letuanny and this property were excellent. She is an exceptional host - very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is very comfortable and elegant. The view is astounding, as are the amenities such as the pool, right alongside the beach. The only downsides are that you can't use the gym unless you are staying more than 6 months (this is the association rule, not the host's), and the surrounding neighborhood is a bit limited as to dining options. That said, I would definitely stay here again and commend Letuanny on being an excellent host.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The view was absolutely stunning, and the cleanliness was acceptable. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. However, there was one major issue that could be improved: the lack of clear instructions about the pool location. The verbal directions from the security guard were ambiguous, and we ended up going to the wrong pool, which led to a warning. We understand that the rules are in place, but a clear map or signage would have avoided this issue and the unpleasant interaction with the guard. Additionally, the clothes dryer had a minor issue where it would turn off automatically a few minutes after starting. This was a bit frustrating, but overall, it didn't ruin our stay. Despite these minor issues, we would still highly recommend this apartment for its amazing view and comfortable stay. Just be aware of the pool situation, and you'll have a great time!

By far one of my best Airbnb experiences yet. The condo is very well taken care of and the location was perfect for us!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Not only did we have the most incredible stay, but we also made life long friends with the owners. The place is superb and the view can't get any better. The home is spacious, well-decorated, clean and has everything you could possibly need. We are missing the sunsets from the patio. We will definitely stay here again.

Ralph’s place is adorable, it’s clean and secure. It was tricky getting there, but Ralph was very responsive and made sure we found our way in no time. Checking in and out was super easy, the guards at the gate were also very helpful and even gave us recommendations for food. We will definitely be back.

The host are really nice! Stayed here for Baja beach fest and it was perfect! The place is close enough to the party side of rosarito where you can get a reasonably price taxi but at a nice distance where you can have peace and quiet!!

Beautiful place to stay. Accurate to the posting. My friends and I really appreciated how easy everything was. From checking in to checking out. There was proper communication from beginning to end. I highly recommend this place and will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mae’s place. It was beautiful, it was scenic, and clean. The pictures of the place do not do this place justice. As soon as we walked in we all thought it looked better than we expected. The amenities were great also. We were here to go to Baja Beach Fest and it was an easy drive to get there. The only issue we had was difficulty in connecting to the WiFi. Though it was working, none of us were able to log in after several attempts and even resetting the router. Mae was communicative and attempted to help but we were never able to get it to work for our unit. The other issue we had is we were not able to get enough of the ocean view! It looked amazing from our floor! Thank you Mae for such an enjoyable stay, we look forward to booking here again next year.

what a wonderful place to stay. Great sunsets and walks on the beach. Great way to relax. The host communicated well with us and got us where we needed to be going. their response time was amazing, we appreciate that. We will come back again next time we are visiting my dad. We had a wonderful time at this location! Restaurants nearby and kids loved the ice cream/icee shop across the street. Ocean right out the door. Kids loved playing on the beach!

From the moment you enter the door breathtaking view! Alma’s condominium was spotless and luxurious, just like in photos, communication was great our stay felt extremely secure, instructions were very clear! Perfect birthday getaway!
