Monthly Rentals in Rosarito

Excellent, well equipped, spacious. especially loved the lounge chairs on deck!

Location is secluded from Rosarito beach which is nice. There is no other property around it on the beach. Pools are nice and clean.

I had a relaxing 1 week stay and would definitely return to this charming place. Daniel and Arcelia are friendly and always helpful. The rooftop deck offers an amazing view and I spent many hours reading there to the sounds, sights and smells of the ocean. There is a soccer stadium across the street and the sound of cheering can be heard sometimes, but nothing bothersome. The property is very secure and safe. There are many restaurants nearby. The fixtures are new-looking throughout and well-maintained.

With a breathtaking view of the ocean and located in between two vibrant, exciting towns--Arturo's place was a gem. Clean, with tons of windows, and a patio! There is also a restaurant/bar (Charly's Place) a couple doors down which looked great (including the menu), but we didn't get to try it because they opened later than we thought. As mentioned, the host was great with everything--communicating ahead of time, and responding to questions. Thank you, Arturo!
