The residential area is quiet and yet not far from the important points of contact in the city of Friedberg (on foot: 3min to town hall, 7 min to Kaiserstraße, 15 minutes to the train station, 17 minutes to the castle).

It includes a small garden, with seating and dining options, a fireplace with a tripod for grilling. Bicycle shed. 1 km to the train station, 500 m to the bus, 5 min to the A5, about 30 km to Frankfurt am Main. The spa towns of Bad Nauheim and Bad Homburg are 15 minutes away.
