Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. Im denkmalgeschützten Ortskern von Rhodt liegt, neben der Kirche, ein historisches Bauernhaus, welches in den letzten 45 Jahren liebevoll hergerichtet und die Scheune zu einem Schmuckstück ausgebaut wurde. Rhodt ist eines der schönsten Weindörfer an der Südlichen Weinstraße. Bis auf die Kirchenglocken ist es sehr ruhig. Die Theresienstraße ist in 2min fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es mehrere Gaststätten, zwei Cafes, ein Eiscafé. Hier lässt es sich gut Frühstücken.

Studio apartment at the "little castle"

This studio apartment is our newest addition to our little estate. It's perfect for the adventurous, especially hikers and cyclists needing a peaceful place to stay. Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.

Holiday room with bathroom and separate entrance

Treat yourself to a little time out in our lovingly furnished vacation room. The room is located in the basement of our single-family house and with its 25 sqm has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not barrier-free) and is closed off from our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), desk, kitchen and seating area. Towels and hairdryer are in the private bathroom.

Romantic, historic winery

My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), large groups and furry friends (pets). On a given occasion, I must point out that there is peace in the outdoor area from 10 p.m. onwards. This is not a party location but a romantic property to spend a nice weekend.
