Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Optionally also suitable for wheelchair users. The apartment is located directly at Rosenbach train station. Access to all public transport is right at your doorstep. Nevertheless, very quiet and secluded location. 12 km to Velden Wörthersee, 12 km to Faakersee.

The stay was fully in line with our expectations. The cottage was waiting for us perfectly prepared, and the host left us a local treat, which was very nice. Contact with the host was exemplary, we were left with all the necessary instructions. The area is beautiful, and the view from the terrace is amazing! I definitely recommend it! :)

We really liked the stay. Everything was as described. Very well located for numerous hiking possibilities. Absolutely quiet location. On the last evening, two fawns ran through the tranquil garden with their mother and spent several minutes romping there!!! Pure proximity to nature. We liked the view of the "Karawankenpromenade". We enjoyed the stay very much and would come back anytime. The town of Velden is also beautiful and offers numerous shopping opportunities as well as delicious restaurants. Everything is located on the great Wörthersee, which almost offered a Caribbean ambience (water color was actually turquoise!!). All in all: a great accommodation, there is something for every taste. 🤩
