Family-friendly holiday rentals in Rosemead

Yan’s place was exactly what we needed for a big family resting place. The expectations of the place were well communicated and friendly reminders were plastered all around the house to refer to on our last night and morning. Everyone had a great time, there was a point of great discomfort for me but after speaking with Yan, she assured me of a speedy solution.

My family of 4 absolutely loved staying here for the four nights. It was super clean, extremely well stocked, and comfortable. Not to mention the pool and jacuzzi, the view and the peace and quiet! We would without hesitation book here again! Camille was so nice and communicative we felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

Enjoyed our stay and appreciate the flexibility of the host to accommodate a slightly earlier check in time :)

Definitely will stay here again!!! The place is ahhhh-mazing!! It’s the perfect spot for outdoor relaxation (fire pit, outside kitchen, spa tub under the stars, hammock, cozy bedroom)! Did not want to leave. Ethan is a very responsive host. Instructions are very clear.

We had a great time at Peter's home. The location was great for our needs. Peter was super helpful and attentive to our questions. The first night we walked to the Thai restaurant Otus nearby and had a fantastic meal. We loved having the extra bedroom in the annex. And the hot tub was heavenly. A big bonus for us . Loved the whole experience .

This home was perfect for a laid back trip; the pool and hot tub were super relaxing, the backyard super private, and the inside was very comfortable and cozy. Jorgen was a very responsive and polite host! No trouble with parking, finding the place, or check-in. Jorgen made the entire process seamless so we could focus on our vacation. I would absolutely stay here again and appreciate Jorgen for opening his beautiful home to us!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Judy’s home was perfect for our family with littles, more than enough room and great backyard to wind down in before and after visiting the parks. Jacuzzi was amazing and ready for use when we arrived. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit!

I loved my stay here at Mary’s place, and especially enjoyed spending time on the deck enjoying the sunset. Mary was a kind and courteous host and her space is private, comfortable and has everything you need to cook if desired. My only con is that you can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around quite loudly, and sometimes very late at night. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, a perfect location to relax and explore the city, especially close to Atwater Village, Los Feliz, Highland Park and Echo Park.

Loved this treehouse! So much fun for my friend and I. Two sixty-something ladies in town for some fun and tired of boring hotels. The detail and craftmanship Dan has put into this treehouse is amazing. It is unbelievably solid as well. The bathroom and shower are adorable and look like an outhouse. Wish we could have had more time to spend on the beautiful upstairs balcony but our schedule was too packed. The AC worked well for the hot days we were there and wireless was also good. If stairs and ladders are hard for you, this may not be a place for you to stay. But if you want adventure, something totally unique and in a safe area near lots of things, this is for you. It would be amazing if you have kids. My friend and I didn't want to sleep in the same bed so one of us slept on the couch. There is also a spare matress you can use but the couch was fine for us, maybe not for a larger person. I highly recommend, and when we come back to OC we'll definitely stay here if we can.

Tamryn's place exceeded my expectations in every way. The pictures were accurate, and yet somehow did not do justice to just how special the apartment or its surroundings are! There were many thoughtful touches throughout: there was ground coffee, half and half, Greek yogurt and granola available in the fridge for breakfast, hand lotion and sunscreen available in the bathroom, and it seemed that the linens had been washed in scentless detergent, which I really appreciate because I'm super sensitive to soaps and scents. The apartment itself was surprisingly spacious, with a full-size bathroom and cute kitchenette and dining table overlooking their gardens. It was perfect for a weekend stay and I found myself wishing I could stay even longer. Many thanks to Tamryn and her family for the comfortable and well-appointed guest suite!

The spot was a perfect jumping off point for our long weekend of family festivities in the area.

Anna was so sweet. People do rent out the front house, so only twice was parking a little eh, but the place and Anna were great! Super easy to get to with her instructions. She was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend

A wonderful host, a great spot, lots to see and do, and a private peaceful setting in a beautiful backyard. This is a great Airbnb experience, and the next time we have to be in Burbank, we will certainly go there again!

We hated to leave Ewa’s peaceful, cozy place and beautiful patio. Ewa was warm, friendly, and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Everything was spotlessly clean, quiet, and private. The beds were super comfy and the bedrooms roomy. The best part is the patio and view. We heard at least a dozen of species of birds from the patio, walked the trail that adjoins, and enjoyed being on a quiet dead-end street that’s only 10 minutes from Occidental college. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We had a lovely time staying here. We enjoyed peaceful mornings eating breakfast on the patio listening to the birds chirping and flitting around, sometimes joined by a very friendly kitty cat, beautiful neighborhoods to walk around nearby, incredible sunsets, and delicious oranges from the orange tree that we only discovered on the last day.

Clara and David’s home was everything I thought it would be and more! Loved the privacy and the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of stores, bars, and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend the space to anyone visiting LA!

The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Maggie was super responsive whenever we had a question. We felt right at home. We enjoyed the privacy and how safe we felt.

Charlotte’s place was super cute and so peaceful. We loved the outdoor area. It did not feel like we were in the heart of LA. The host was great, very good communication . Great stay, I would recommand it.

This AirBnB is genuinely one of the nicest places I’ve stayed - very aesthetic decor, pristine furnishings, and extremely comfortable beds! My family and I loved our stay and will definitely rebook next time we are in LA!

Place was an amazing stay. The area was nice and quiet. Entrance to the place was very easy and the place has a pool and outdoor patio with a fire pit which was amazing! Beds and sheets were very comfortable and soft with an AC available. The room has a complimentary coffee station which was amazing!!! The place was clean and aesthetic! Highly suggest this place!

2nd time staying here. Again was very happy. Great and beautiful location. Quiet. Safe. Parking right in front. Hosts responsive to needs. We needed a few things 1st night and they were immediately taken care of. Such a beautiful location. Excellent stay for the money. Highly recommend

Peaceful and safe, yet still close to everything you’d want to do. 5 minute walk to restaurants and 15 min walk to grocery. There was always room for street parking but I just used Uber to get around. Cute little place to stay. Very clean and quiet. A little table to sit at or a comfortable chair inside. Outside is a pool with outdoor furniture and a tree swing. There is a lot of natural light and a motion light on at night, so if you’re light sensitive when sleeping just bring an eye mask. Patrick is a nice guy. He showed me around and explained everything when I arrived. He had some good recommendations. I didn’t need anything except the batteries changed in the tv remote once and he took care of it quickly. I’d stay here again!

Janet welcomed us into her home and was amazing. The cottage was nothing short of perfection, her responsiveness and willingness to accommodate for our group was impeccable. I cannot wait for a second opportunity to share space with her.
