The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

The vacation apartment is located in a newly built vacation home right next to our farm and is waiting to provide you with a relaxing stay that leaves nothing to be desired. It has two separate bedrooms, a spacious cooking, dining and living area and a bathroom with shower and WC. All rooms are bright and are equiped with modern furniture. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard. The large wrap-around balcony and the newly landscaped garden also invite you to linger.

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

First of all, my express thanks to the landlord, who easily made a longer stay possible. Angelika is very friendly and helpful and there was a quick answer or help with questions. During my stay I was very satisfied with the apartment, it is spacious, light and functionally furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is available. The bed is comfortable, the apartment clean – as it should be. The large parking lot and good transport connections are definitely a plus, especially if you are on mobile, so you can quickly get to Balingen or in nature if you like to hike. In all points, a very nice place to stay, which I am happy to recommend.
