Dream house and absolutely stunning location! Would happily stay again

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Great apartment for exploring Brixen and the wider Dolomites region. Alex communicated clearly and met us for checkin to show us round. The apartment is large, spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The outside space, pool and hot tub are great spaces to hang around in. Only minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide an iron.

We rented Arthur's two large apartments with a total of 4 couples (2 kids). We had a great week! The apartments are very spacious and because each couple has their own bathroom, there was a lot of privacy! Also enough space in both apartments to dine/sit together with everyone. Walking distance to the slopes (tow lift Nives). There is storage space with heated elements for ski boots in the garage, but we chose to keep our belongings in the depot next to the ski lift. Within walking distance of the village, supermarket, restaurants, and so on. One of the bathrooms has been recently renovated, the photos show an old bathroom with bathtub, but this is now a very nice new bathroom. Arthur is a very friendly host, he is very responsive and very helpful. In short, we had a great week and booked again for next year!

We booked this stay last minute after being snowed out of camping and what an incredible treat! The hosts are kind and warm people who go out of their way to ensure you feel at home and enjoy your time. The view is spectacular, the garden, wood burning BBQ and hot tub were all a great extra. We stayed with our small dog who was treated really well. The place had everything you need and was a quiet respite. Highly recommend. Would love to return.

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

Great location and awesome view. Very comfortable. Shower is low for anyone standing ( ??Maybe I hit my head every time I showered ?? ) The balconies are great. Construction for the Olympics is in full force. This building no, but surrounding buildings yes.

A truly unique stay in the peaceful surroundings of the mountains, yet still conveniently close to town. The room was exceptionally well-equipped—with a perfect kitchen and a brand-new rainfall shower—making our active hiking holiday in the Dolomites feel effortless and comfortable. Highly recommended

The three of us (with baby, 9 months old) had a wonderful holiday in Untersteinhof. We enjoyed the great view, the daily round to the farm animals and the hikes in the area very much and were always greeted with a small chat when we came home.

Very friendly and lovely hosts. We felt very comfortable with Luciano and his wife. We enjoyed the apartment very much and enjoyed our stay. If you're looking for peace, this is the place to be.

Roberta’s home was a dream. The view was breathtaking, surrounded by the mountains and a sea of trees. Roberta was responsive and helpful and getting us to the Airbnb. It was the ideal location to start my wife and I honeymoon, nearby a number of national parks and beautiful hikes. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to other guests.

Great friendly host who is always responsive

A very nice chalet, private location, last house on the path. Delightful garden, nice bedrooms. It was 30 degrees, but during the day all the shutters are closed and it stays nice and cool. We didn't get any sound on TV, so Netflix via iPad was no problem. Some attributes are in need of replacement, such as pans where the non-stick coating is worn out, which is unhealthy, and we have therefore not used them. Some broken cushions at the dining table might be replaced on occasion,🤔😉 but apart from that …..just have a great stay and enjoy . Oja down in the village a great bakery where you can eat delicious pastries in 😋 short had supperrrrrrr

The hospitality and availability we found was exemplary. They made us feel at home. The apartment is large, clean and very comfortable. We have awarded the maximum score, but it also deserves a plus. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Lisa’s farm apartment was absolutely unforgettable. The view from the balcony was unreal — expansive green fields, majestic mountains, and total tranquility. It felt like stepping into a painting every time we looked outside. The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly situated for a peaceful escape. It’s clear Lisa has put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home — she left a list of fantastic local recommendations that really helped us experience the area like a local. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in the beauty of the Dolomites. If you’re looking for peace, nature, and a truly memorable view, this is it. Very nice apartment, recently renovated, with all comforts (except the bidet). Lorena and Giuseppe were very courteous and exhaustive in their suggestions. Abundant and quality breakfast, with many zero-km products. Recommended if looking for a rustic, quiet and isolated place.

We had a very nice time in Sara's house. The view of Lake Garda is breathtaking! The communication with Sara's parents was friendly and attentive. We will be happy to come back!

The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

Of all the locations I have stayed around the Garda lake in Italy, this residence deserves a 10 out of 10! It is one of my best -if not the best- reservations I have made in all my travels. The apartment itself as well as the allround building and garden were super clean (yes, even the spaces you would suggest it is not), very spacious and everything is very well thought of; the layout, facilities, etc. This place stands out in everything. Communication with the owner was very fast, super friendly and very helpful. I have a great respect for what he accomplished with his apartments. We will return to this place next time we will visit the Garda lake.

Conny’s place exceeded all our expectations. The view from the balcony was magnificent and a joy to wake up to each morning. The apartment was very clean, tidy and well equipped. The swimming pool was an added bonus as we were able to cool off after each day exploring Malcesine and surrounding areas. So much to see and do. Excellent communication with Conny who kindly picked us up from the bus station and took us to her apartment to check in which we very much appreciated. We would like to return next year and would very much hope to book in at Conny’s.

Our stay with Rafael couldn't have been better, I mean, it could! If it had lasted longer, what 😂 an amazing place! The airbnb photos don't describe the beauty of the villa, definitely! Friends and family, seeing the photos I posted on social media, asked me if the place was real and, really, it looks like a dream! The location is perfect, very close to the city center, easily accessible from the villa. The room is beautiful, super well equipped, super comfortable for longer stays. The villa is stunning, with the garden and the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Rafael is an amazing host, polite, helpful and makes us feel at home! I took my dog and he was able to walk around the gardens, relax under the trees, he enjoyed it so much! I have no words to thank Rafael for everything! In addition, Riva del Garda is a wonderful city, so far my favorite city in Italy! In short: we will definitely be back! I absolutely recommend it!
