This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The furniture was completely new in 2022. A large smart TV and Wi-Fi are available and there is also the possibility to use the washing machine. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

Apartment in the Nostalgia Car Romeo

Every modern comfort is offered to you on 24 square meters of living space. The bedroom with 2 beds can be separated from the living room with a sliding door. In the living room, there is another bed, which can be pulled out into a double bed in a few simple steps. The bed then measures 1.60 x 2.00 m. Our cozy studio apartment is in the heart of Bad Aibling. Take advantage of the variety of possibilities in this charming Bavarian small town. Whether it's wellness in the nearby spas, strolling and sauntering right outside the front door, cycling on one of the many bike paths or hiking in the nearby mountains. Here you can enjoy your individual stay as desired. The A8 highway can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Free parking right outside the door

Vacation in a cozy circus wagon at Lake Chiemsee.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus trailer on our property. In front of the circus trailer there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This can also be reached quickly on foot on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.

My apartment is near Munich (45 km) and is within the so called "Oberland" upper land with its mountains and lakes. The apartment is cosy and light with a comfortable double bed, kitchen and bath room. Perfect for couples, singels, adventurers and also for business people.

Studio/Apartment approx. 45 square metres with separate entrance in the first floor of a modern private house. For our American friends (due a specific feedback): first floor is not ground floor. Situated absolutely calm and quiet in a dead end street.
