Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

(Car is recommended🙈) The apartment is completely new and furnished just for you. You have access to the stream and a super cute balcony! The thermal baths in Bad Aibling are very close and super beautiful! Afterwards you can eat deliciously in the Nikos Ouzerie (Bad Aibling) or in the pizzeria around the corner! Unsere gemütliche, individuell eingerichtete Unterkunft ist eine eigene Wohneinheit im Obergeschoss mit eigenem Bad - Dusche/WC einer Single Küche und kleinem stummen Kühlschrank ( 36 Liter ), die nur von unseren Gästen genutzt wird. Gegenüber der kleinen Küche steht in einer Nische die dritte Schlafmöglichkeit. Eine überdachte Sitzmöglickeit steht euch an der Ostseite gerne zur Verfügung. Der kleine, nicht haarende Biewer Yorkshire Pino, aus dem Nachbarhaus besucht uns gerne täglich mal.
