Cottage holiday rentals in Roseville

This cottage makes for an incredible stay. The views of rolling hills are stunning. The place itself is clean and private and the host is responsive and thoughtful. Worth it!

A peaceful retreat on a beautiful ranch! This lovely cottage was the perfect getaway: peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. We especially loved all the birds around the property! The house had everything we needed (and then some), making it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d absolutely love to come back again!

This was the perfect stay I especially loved the pool and spa. Check in was seamless. The horses were a real plus for me

Darling little cottage. The space had everything we needed and then some. My kids loved the darts and foosball table. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. If we ever visit again, we would definitely stay here.

We will be back! Loved it so relaxing. We brought food to cook and enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen. Just remember to bring some oil. Great spot walkable to the state park and 1 min from the river. Nancy whom is the on site manager was wonderful.

Easy to get to, only 1/2 hour from Sacramento right on the I 80. The house was very cozy and comfortable. It was within walking distance to trails and town. Big shout out to Jill the neighbor who was very friendly and helpful.

We were so happy with Cottage #2. It was cute and cozy and well equipped. The hosts were responsive and pro-active in communicating. Being able to sit on the deck and enjoy watching the river activities and also being able to hear the river at night was magical. We wish we had booked another night. We will be back anytime we come to Placerville area again. Thank you.

What a wonderful place to call home base for a few days. The cabin was so clean, updated and well maintained and the hosts were very helpful. The proximity of the river near the rapids was exciting and fun to watch rafters float by, while still feeling secluded in the trees. We also enjoyed wildlife; deer and geese. Day trips were enjoyable with Apple Hill, Placerville and Tahoe within short driving distances. We'll definitely be back and will tell friends.

Loved the house and the town of Clarksburg. We were in town for a Celebration of Life at the Old sugar Mill. The home was close enough to walk to the venue and walkable to the small market and restaurant . Close to Sacramento and the airport, quiet location but convenient to all the amenities.

We regularly book Airbnb’s for our weekend getaways and from our experiences we both feel this is an exceptional find. Trevor and Molly are attentive hosts in the best possible way. This cottage matches the photos. It’s immaculate, well appointed, quiet, and ideally located for a countryside stay, yet very easy/close drive to downtown Lincoln, surrounding areas, to the local wineries, and a casino where we attended a concert. The bedroom linens are exquisite. The kitchen had everything we might need. We both found our stay to be restful and wished we had booked another night. Without hesitation we recommend this space to others. Thank you Molly and Trevor!

I had a great stay at James’s place in Sacramento! The location was perfect—close to lots of restaurants, cafes, and things to do. James was very helpful and communicative, and even offered to cover the skylight if needed, which I really appreciated. The space was comfortable and well-kept. Would definitely stay here again!
