Modern Functionalist house in scenic Viga in Spind for rent. The house was built in 2018 and is to a high standard. The first floor has an entrance hall, laundry room, bathroom, TV room with sofa bed and three bedrooms with two single beds in each room. On the second floor, you will find a large kitchen and living room area with a dining area and TV corner, as well as the master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. Large terrace with several seating areas, jacuzzi, fire pit and great views. Perfect for families and groups of friends who want to stay right by the sea and nature.

Architect-designed nature cabin by idyllic water

Expanded/renovated cabin in a lovely spot in the south of Norway. You have to row across a small body of water to get to the cabin, or walk through the forest (700 meters). Here you can swim, fish for trout in the water or be lucky to see ospreys gliding over the water. There are eagle's nests not far from the cabin. Simply a magical place on the waterfront. The sleeping areas have windows so you can look out into the nature when you are lying in bed. Relaxation guaranteed! We are considering renting out to well-behaved people for a few weekends a year and a few weeks in the summer.

Residence with private beach line and large outdoor area. Good sun conditions in summer with sun from early morning to approx. 8 pm in summer. With the possibility of renting a boat in the boathouse in the garden (20 ft and 60 hp trailer) with access to a slipway, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. Morning coffee can be enjoyed both inside and outside with the same feeling of proximity to nature. Large windows overlooking the Spindsfjord and high ceilings bring nature close. A shared jetty with its own berth can be found about 2 minutes walk down to the sea. There you can swim from the jetty. If you rent a boat, you can go straight out into a varied archipelago with good fishing opportunities. Beaches are about 15 min away towards Lista. 10 min by boat/car to the city center.
