Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rosheim

Jan Francois' place is amazing. Right in the heart of old town Colmar. Private apartment with elevator to the main floor of the apartment (there is a second level only accessible by stairs). Plenty of space. We used the kitchen for cooking and the washers and dryers. Everything that we needed was there. I highly recommend staying here!

Wir waren mit vier Personen und zwei Hunden vor Ort und es hat alles der Beschreibung entsprochen. Eine schöne gemütliche, saubere Wohnung wo man sich direkt wohlfühlen konnte. Auch das Angebot an Utensilien ( Handtücher, Spülmittel und Ähnliches) und die Möglichkeit seine Wäsche vor Ort zu waschen fanden wir super.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und ansprechend und absolut zentral gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub.

Marco and Cathie-Ann were incredibly responsive and accommodating hosts. They even let me store my luggage until check in, which was greatly appreciated. The space has many of the amenities available that are convenient when you first get to an Airbnb like tea and coffee, some items for cooking, extra TP, laundry detergent for the washer and dryer, and toiletries, until you can find your way around town, which I found to be very thoughtful. They are straight forward about the stairs — they are an adjustment, but once you get the hang of it, they become easier to navigate, and eventually you don’t notice. The street can get very noisy at night, but that’s to be expected with such great access to restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, and all the sight seeing! I highly recommend this home away from home and would absolutely recommend it to anyone coming to Strasbourg!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich traumhaft schön und mal etwas völlig anderes! Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Was nicht zu toppen ist, ist die Lage. So zentral, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, viele Restaurants, Cafés, Bistros in unmittelbarer Nähe und dennoch ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Wir hatten sehr heiße Tage in Straßburg (immer über 30 Grad) und doch war die Wohnung angenehm kühl. Das Einzige, was ich zu bemängeln hätte, wäre die löchrige Bettwäsche auf der Schlafcouch und in der Küche fehlt zumindest ein großes Messer. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau! Sonst alles top und vielleicht kommen wir mal in der Vorweihnachtszeit nochmals. 😊 Barbara ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin - sie antwortet sehr schnell und da uns ein Handtuch fehlte, brachte sie dies schnell nach! 👍 Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt!

This is an ideal location overlooking the park and an easy walk to everything in Colmar. The perfect location to return to after our evening stroll with ice cream. The apartment was large with traditional décor and modern touches. The parking garage under the park was perfect. We would definitely recommend this wonderful place.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung mitten in Straßburg! Die Lage ist absolut perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle Kommunikation mit Sharon – schnell, hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Wir waren mit 8 Personen vor Ort (6 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder). Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Wir wurden rechtzeitig Informiert und es wurde auf Fragen schnell geantwortet. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit Cathie als Gastgeberin. Das Haus war perfekt, für die komplette Familie und der Begleitung der Kinder. In Summe waren wir zu siebt. Das Haus ist sehr groß, sehr gepflegt und bietet alles was für einen tollen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Auch die Außenanlagen sind groß und gepflegt. Das kann auch ohne jegliche Einschränkung genutzt werden. Wir waren 4 Tage dort, haben an zwei Tagen den Europapark in der Nähe (ca. 40km) besucht und waren einen Tag in Strasbourg (ca. 35km) und haben uns die Stadt angesehen. Somit ist es perfekt. Aber einzige kleine Manko, in der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es nichts. Nur ein kleiner Pizzaservice, aber der macht um 21 Uhr zu. Und ein Französisches Restaurant, das hatten wir nicht genutzt. Ansonsten ist das Haus genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Und man kann dort eine tolle Zeit verbringen.

Jean-Michel a été très accueillant et nous avons profité de son très sympathique gîte en plus de sa piscine et de son jacuzzi. Nous recommandons vivement !

The house is very surprisingly decorated, incredibly cozy. Two very spacious bedrooms( one with private toilet) and wonderful beds. Everything you could need is present in the house. In the bathroom ( with a great shower and always hot water) is another two toilet. From Rosenwiller, many beautiful places in Alsace are easy to visit. In short, recommended

It was a wonderful stay, which we would book again and again. For the children, the spacious garden and for us adults, the outdoor terrace was the highlight.

Paul's apartment absolutely exceeded our expectations. It is located in a separate outbuilding of the farm, quiet and idyllic. We were able to park our car comfortably directly in the yard. The apartment is tastefully furnished and the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with its complete equipment. The terrace with a view of the well-kept garden was particularly beautiful – a wonderful place to relax. A small garden gate leads directly to the river, which is ideal for a leisurely walk. Overall, a quiet, very relaxing place. A clear recommendation from us!

Guillaume is a great host. The place is amazing and had everything we needed. It's very private and there are no neighbours, so it's perfect for a retreat. Guillaume showed and explained everything to us during check-in, so we felt right at home. It's a large but still comfortable place with lots of fun activities in and around the house. He even accommodated an early check-in and late check-out for us.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist super schön und die Terrasse außen rum lädt für ein gemütliches Zusammensitzen ein. Als wir vor Ort waren, war es sehr sommerlich. wir hatten daher ein kleines Planschbecken für die Kinder dabei, welches wir mit den außen angebrachten Schlauch super befüllen konnten. Die Terrasse ist also groß genug für Badespaß und Zusammensitzen. Alles absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

We enjoyed staying in Jean-Claude’s comfortable and quiet apartment so much we would love to return. We could easily walk into SELESTAT, returning to ‘Cafe Wach’ which was a great place to enjoy coffee and amazing cake. Lots of stunningly old and quaint towns are close by if you have a car. I have no hesitation recommending Jean-Claude’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

Very nice accommodation! Close enough to the train station for people arriving by train. A little further to the city center, but it's still good for walking. Offenburg is a very pretty city, we were there to visit the surroundings too, it was a very pleasant stay. Natalija responds very quickly to our requests and questions. Great apartment, highly recommend.

You feel welcome and immediately at home. The apartment is equipped with many small things that make life easier, such as oil, spices, paper, drinks, etc., and is sparkling clean. Perfect, beautiful apartment, spacious and equipped. The jacuzzi was clean and could go up to 40 degrees. Large terrace with sofa. Comfortable bed and fully-equipped kitchen. Caring and responsive host, I recommend 100% ☺️
