Beachfront holiday rental in Rosolina Mare

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! It was all wonderful. From the vacation preparation to the check out, Barbara was a very great hostess. The location of the cottage was great and it was very cozy. We'll be back.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well furnished, true to the photos uploaded to the site. For those traveling with small children, Dany offers a camping cot and a high chair, both in good condition, so it is not necessary to bring them. The beach is a few minutes away by foot and the center of Chioggia is also easily accessible with a walk of about half an hour. Communication with the host has always been easy and punctual.

We highly recommend this place. Very very friendly and attentive hosts. The apartment was very clean and maintained. We, including our dog, felt very comfortable and will certainly live there again. It was just perfect.

Very nice and cozy terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The beach is within walking distance. Tennis and paddle tennis courts are in the immediate vicinity. The tennis bar is also right next door. We had a nice and relaxing vacation.

The apartment is super conveniently located on the seashore, with good shopping and swimming facilities. We were very satisfied.

We had a wonderful stay at Markus’s place with the whole family. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. Before our stay began, Markus shared valuable information about Venice and Lido di Jesolo, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with both the house and Markus’s hospitality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it was still a great feature to have. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very nice accommodation and equipped with all comforts. The fenced outdoor space is perfect for those with pets. The nearby sea and the possibility of seeing fallow deer, flamingos and other animals was very, very nice. Thank you for your availability and information, it was a pleasure and we will definitely recommend it.

The stay was impeccable and wonderful. The check-in process was easy and the listing was as described in the photos. The host is extremely nice and accommodating, upon arrival we were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine!

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment in Jesolo! The location is great – quiet but still only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment and also the outdoor area with pool were very clean and well maintained and really had everything you need. The landlords were very nice and always available if you had any questions. We also had no problems with the warm water. Overall a clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

The accommodation was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back. :-)

Federica was a great host! She was extremely responsive, very helpful and the place was amazing. Quiet area but beautiful views, easy to access by public transportation and lots to do!

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

The accommodation is perfect for combining total peace and relaxation with excursions to Venice. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer and the air conditioning in the bedroom works perfectly. I liked Georgio's warm and personal style the best. He is very warm-hearted! Thank you for the interesting and wonderful days! I'm sure we'll be back.

Daniela was very kind, flexible with the check-in schedule, explained everything to us, gave us a map and left us delicious things for breakfast. A very nice apartment with a very large terrace and a fantastic view of the sea. Nothing was missing. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. The apartment makes a very neat impression and was very clean. A private parking lot and a private beach were still a great addition. Linda was always helpful and supported us. We enjoyed every day in the apartment.

We were there for 12 days. The apartment was great for that. Although the apartment is on a street, it is quiet. The proximity to the beach (10 min walk), two bakeries in the immediate vicinity and a supermarket next door are perfect. The apartment has two air conditioners for the hallway (thus cooling all adjacent rooms) and the master bedroom. Thus, the rooms have a cool and pleasant temperature even in the middle of summer and you are happy when you open the apartment door and enter the apartment. Sottomarina seems to be a popular place for locals. Despite summer vacations in Germany, we met very few German-speaking people. On a trip to Chioggia, you notice that significantly more German is spoken. Chioggia is also within walking distance and a nice little town.
