Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

We thought the home was fantastic and close to everything we wanted to see. Marina gave great recommendations for food. The home was very clean and quiet and has great amenities.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay in Venice. It is very well located, very close to the bus station. It is located near a path to the Rialto Bridge with lots of shops and restaurants all along. A small bakery, often crowded with customers, allows you to have breakfast near the accommodation. Lucia sent us all the information for the arrival and departure. Communication was perfect. We would like to stay again in this beautiful, unusual and charming city.

We thank Roberto for his welcome. Very responsive if you have any questions during your stay. The accommodation is very well located, protected and quiet. The transport line for Venice is very close. (Tip: Line 7 to go to Venice and back, or 7E) Remember to take your bus ticket at the airport or train station, for the next day's journey. Pizzeria right next to the accommodation. Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Marco's house. It is very pleasant, the private garden is a very appreciable plus, the house is very well maintained, well arranged, and very clean. The neighborhood is much quieter than the more touristy neighborhoods that can be easily reached on foot or by boat. Irene, who was our contact during our stay, was very attentive to our requests and informed us each time with great responsiveness and efficiency. We really enjoyed staying in Venice in this neighborhood and in Marco's house.

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

We recommend the place without hesitation! Starting with the great communication, a really exceptional apartment with all the trimmings, and a very smooth process for the entire booking. Requests were immediately responded to and so Andrea, among other things, got an extra high chair. Top service and everything as described. We were certainly not the last time here and enjoyed the stay very much.

The accommodation is beautiful and located in a very quiet area – perfect for switching off and relaxing. The entire complex is reminiscent of the Tuscan landscape and exudes a wonderful, Mediterranean atmosphere. Despite several parties, there is a lot of privacy here, which we greatly appreciated. Everything was very clean, well maintained and lovingly designed. A small point deduction: the kitchen could be a little better equipped. Otherwise, it was an all-round successful stay – we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay, great location, modern amenities, everything you need. Beach only 5 min away, great shopping, great pool. Markus was always available and was very helpful the whole time

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

This was a great place to dip in and out of the hustle and bustle of Venice while having some space to relax. Especially with a toddler it was really nice to have all the outdoor space and amenities - he was way more interested in the sandbox and trampoline than canals.

We highly recommend this place. Very very friendly and attentive hosts. The apartment was very clean and maintained. We, including our dog, felt very comfortable and will certainly live there again. It was just perfect.

A lovely apartment with a 5 minute walk to the beach

What a cute and comfortable place in the quiet mostly car free part of the city with an easy walk to everything. Fantastic hosts with great communication and who obviously give a lot of thought and care to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Will stay here again next time I’m visiting Chioggia.

Andrea is truly an exceptional host. During my stay, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Since it was a last-minute booking, I was worried there might be issues, but Andrea reassured me without hesitation and even came to pick me up. She is warm-hearted, kind, and gentle — such a lovely person. The room was absolutely beautiful — even more stunning and cozy than the photos. It had everything I needed and was perfectly equipped. We had a great time, the apartment is perfect, clean, spacious, all the comforts, the environment is quiet and has a view of the lagoon and an exceptional sunset. If you want a relaxing vacation in an enchanting setting, I recommend it with the added bonus of a private and wild beach with very few people that we reached by boat 50 m from the apartment. Perfect accommodation for a weekend at the beach, great location, very clean, very kind host!! Really recommended!!

The location is great, authentic on the canal, in the historic old town, close to the fish market and the cafés and restaurants. For unloading, we could drive up to the house, there were bicycle parking spaces in the house! Everything great, the gas stove, the modern hot water spa, the Wi-Fi, all around wonderful! 🙂

We stayed three days in Barbara's apartment, two adults and two boys and a small dog. Everything as described: spacious and clean apartment in a very central area. Barbara was very helpful and allowed us to check in early in the morning and gave us all the information we needed. He also provided us with a permit to access the ZTL area with the car, where the accommodation is located, for convenient loading and unloading of luggage. One thing to note (which does not depend on the host): in the event of demonstrations in the area, the permit loses its validity (June 2nd event for the Republic Day) but we still had the opportunity to enter quickly to load. Very nice apartment with attention to detail, having only stayed two nights it was perfect, with more days of stay I would recommend a wardrobe so as not to have to use the drawers, but we are really talking about details, because it really has everything you need and is of good quality
