With a lot of love, we converted an old bowling alley into a bright 85 square meter apartment in 2021. With 2 bedrooms and a spacious living and cooking area, enjoy the tranquility in our small farming village near Echternach. Since summer 2023, our outdoor area has also been completed. We are located in the Müllerthal region and within minutes you can reach the hiking trails and hotspots of small Luxembourg Switzerland by car, as well as the capital of Luxembourg in 25 minutes.

Experience our multifaceted region in our very stylishly furnished apartment. Many hiking and cycling trails start right near the accommodation. The apartment is in an ideal location for exploring the historic Roman city of Trier, the beautiful Südeifel or the Luxembourg Müllerthal. Numerous excursion opportunities are located in the vicinity. We are in a very, very quiet and rural location, on the outskirts of the town, near the forest and fields.

The atmosphere in the east quarter of Trier is familiar and scenic. The pedestrian zone with all the sights, museums and shopping, train station, but also nature, vineyards and beautiful hiking, everything is within 10 minutes almost at the doorstep. A convenience store, bakery, wine shop, a 24-hour gas station and a burger and pizza take-away... are all around the corner! As well as the train station and bus stop.

My place is in the middle of nature on the outskirts of Kersch and yet only 15 minutes by car from the city center of Trier, 30 minutes from Luxembourg Airport. You'll love my place because of the coziness of the old estate, high rooms, nature, views over extensive fields, quiet location, relaxation. Large garden behind the house. 50 m further children's playground at the village fountain. .

The house is located in immediate vicinity of the Dinosaur park and the hike trails of Teufelsschlucht. Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach with a swim area, beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.
