La casa es una primera planta sin ascensor con una escalera cómoda de unos 20 escalones.

Durante los meses de junio y Julio debido a que el edificio donde se encuentra el alojamiento está lleno de familias con niños y para minimizar las molestias a los vecinos, no se aceptarán reservas de grupos de amigos jóvenes.
