Pros: 100 meters from the beach, 30 meters from bustling cafes, high-energy center of the neighborhood, tons of parking in off-season, both toilets open to the hallway for max flexibility, kitchen has good cooktop and many dishes, two dining tables for large groups, excellent management by Eva and Carlos. Cons: The flat faces directly at the busy commercial square, busy cafes 30 meters from your bedroom stay open until midnight, the neighborhood is bustling until after midnight, roads in this neighborhood are a magnet for noisy 50cc motorbikes with no silencer systems until 3am on busy nights, two bedrooms have no fans, no en-suite toilet, parking is jammed at peak season. Conclusion: Great for high-energy guests. If looking for quiet, try Eva's other listing further back in the neighborhood. I will 100% stay with Eva again.

Spectacular place! Very welcoming environment. Found a great restaurant 3 mins walk, "Jumbo". Must try...we ate there nights in a row! The little town is quaint and full of great places to shop and eat. Spending a month in the general region and this town is by far the most beautiful and enjoyable! Cheers to Jose

This Airbnb and Ana, were absolutely incredible! From the moment we booked, Ana went above and beyond. She messaged us in advance with a warm welcome and helpful info, and during our stay, she checked in via message to make sure everything was going well. We arrived very late at night, and she made check-in super easy and stress-free. The apartment itself was beautiful—spotlessly clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. It had everything we could have asked for, and it was perfect for me and my girlfriend. A great place to stay for couples looking to relax and enjoy Chiclana. There was free parking right outside, both on the street and private, which made things even easier. On our last day, our flight was really late, and Ana kindly let us stay longer without any extra charge. Thank you so much Ana! This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. When we come back to Chiclana de la Frontera, we’re 100% staying here again! 😍❤️

Accommodation very close to the beach and 15 minutes walk from the center. Very quiet area and the building is not noisy, ideal for resting and spending a few days relaxing. It has its own terrace where you can spend a pleasant time without the hassle of the street. It is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the beach. Cristina treated us very kindly, let us in before the time, made suggestions for shopping and so on. Always at our disposal in case we needed anything, a delight. We will definitely repeat many more times.

Apartment in a quiet area, but with beach and leisure areas to reach walking in 10 minutes, so it is not necessary to move the car if you don't want. As for Oscar, I am always attentive to anything, even if it was not urgent.

My 90-year-old mother-in-law and family spent more than two months of very pleasant enjoyment here, just as convenient as at home, sunbathing in front of the beautiful golf course every day, very convenient to go to the nearby supermarket to buy food, etc., in the afternoon, walking the dog by the sea, occasionally listening to the pleasant sound of the waves entering the water at night! It's a wonderful retirement life! The Host is very high quality and never disturbs us. When we encountered some problems, he replied immediately. When we just checked in, he personally drove us around to familiarize us with the surroundings and introduced the situation. We were very touched, especially reluctant to leave, but we had to go back to our own home! I hope to come back if I get the chance!

Amazing the location in which the apartment is located!! Super close to the beach. Everything was very clean and the deal with Francisco was incredible, every question or thing we needed was there to solve or help. A ten as a host I wish I could always match people like that In our case we were with two dogs and they were great because it has a back patio. By the way with views of the beach that is awesome I recommend it 100%.

an unforgettable family weekend. although you have to take the car, it is very close to beautiful beaches and supermarkets of well-known brands. You have a Coviran 3 minutes away on foot. The apartment is charming and has plenty of space for 4 people and a pet. Dining in the backyard with the coolness of the night is priceless. Right next door is a huge pine forest where you can walk with your pet and let it run and do its business. We will definitely repeat the experience. In short, a 10 out of 10

My wife and I spent a few weeks on vacation in Juan Simon’s apartment with our two little kids. The space is spectacular, with a huge outdoor balcony with incredible ocean views. The apartment is well-furnished, with comfortable furniture and sufficient space for a family of four. The community is great, with beautiful green space and a pool. The garage parking is very convenient, and the apartment has numerous great restaurants, the beach, and the Rota town center within walking distance. Juan Simon is an outstanding host, very responsive and helpful during our entire stay. When visiting Rota again, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rota. Muchas gracias Juan y un abrazo!

Alejandro was attentive as soon as we arrived and did not hesitate to tell us everything we needed to feel comfortable in the area. We had water, candy for the child, and he also had the thoughtfulness to leave us a bottle of local white wine. At no time did we feel uncomfortable, you can walk to the beach and the leisure area, there are food establishments very close and in the community pool there was a good atmosphere. We would repeat.

A perfect place to go, especially with children, since it has a lot of space for them, fantastic pool, garden with areas to sit under the trees, play area with billiards, darts... the parking area is very spacious and has a separate laundry room with all kinds of products and well organized. The perfect size casita itself for a family of 4 or 5 people, had everything needed. Nearby was coviran, market, lidl, places to eat and about 10min drive more or less Barrosa beach which is spectacular. We'll be back!

We had an absolutely fantastic week in La Barrosa, made even more special thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Agueda and Carlos. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed – including extra touches that made a real difference, especially for our children. The apartment was spotless and well-prepared, with welcome items like breakfast essentials, drinks, and toiletries so we didn’t have to rush out to the supermarket. Agueda gave us a warm, personal welcome and took the time to explain everything, which made settling in effortless. Thank you so much – we would return without a doubt!

This flat was super quiet, and in a perfect location. Everything in the historic centre is about 5-15 mins away walking. Very close to buses, train station, market, grocery stores, cafe/bars. The flat was comfortable and had all the amenities of being at home. We stayed for 6 weeks and felt like it was our own place. The other tenants in the building are also super lovely people, a really nice community. Great value for money. Lots of space and comfortable to fully live in.
