Here is also the place to chill. You can have a cozy breakfast in the separate kitchen. In the garden behind the house you will find two bicycles for excursions in the green surroundings.

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger See. A one-bedroom apartment awaits you in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. In apartment 6, from the south-facing wooden terrace, you have a wonderful view of the lake, unobstructed nature and an unforgettable sunset. For chilling and sunbathing, there is a very private lounge area in the countryside.

The apartment is really centrally located. It's only 150 meters to the tram. Tram no. 4/7 takes you directly to the city center. Bus stop is just a street away. Opposite the apartment is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is also a restaurant across the street where you can eat well. Within walking distance, 1 km away, are the UFZ and the KUBUS. In the immediate vicinity are EDEKA, bakery, pharmacy and others for daily needs. The center can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes. Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons. Smoking is also not allowed.
