During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Der Chiemsee und die Berge sind in 30 Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Direkte Zugverbindung nach Landshut und Rosenheim.

Relaxation and rest for the whole family with views across green meadows to the mountains. The newly built 100 m² holiday apartment is located in an old farmhouse in the Inn Valley. The apartment is situated in a very rural setting and is 3 km from Rott am Inn. The "Rotter Aussee" lake is nearby. The Inn Cycle Path from the Engadine to Passau passes right by the house. The apartment is a great starting point for excursions to the Chiemgau region, Wasserburg, Rosenheim, or the mountains.

Quiet oasis of well-being | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Maja's Hut - Fairy-tale time out in the forest

Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

S'kloane Wellnesshäusl

S´kloane Wellnesshäusl is a place to unwind in this spacious and serene space with a summer pool, wooden bathtub and garden sauna to relax. The private vacation home was renovated with a lot of love in 2023. The Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and several swimming lakes and bike tours on the Inn offer great excursion and recreational opportunities. No pets allowed. It is a self-contained apartment in a listed, award-winning old Bundwerk-Stadel from 1792. Restaurants and shopping are within a half-hour walk or 5 minutes by car. The footpath leads along the Inn and is easy to ride on with wheels. Family-friendly activities, art and culture are available throughout Chiemgau.
