The place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have sufficient time for the measures.

A supermarket, a drugstore, a gas station and a bakery are only about 300 meters away. Fresh sheets and towels are of course provided. Other amenities include a Nespresso machine, a small fridge (minibar), Bluetooth speakers and a cool welcome beer.

Lakefront apartment

Our bright and friendly apartment has a direct view of Lake Tegernsee and is in the immediate vicinity of the Monte Mare Seesauna. The boat dock is across the street, as is a public parking lot, which, however, only allows free parking for one hour and is then very expensive at €8 per hour. An alternative to this is the central parking lot Tegernsee.
