Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rotterdam

We loved how quiet and peaceful the location was. We also loved the homey touches- the local books, the honor store out back, the fact that there was the cafe under the apartment. The setting was beautiful and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the brook and the spring peepers!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bennett’s Abode! Larry and Lana’s airbnb had just about everything a visitor would need and they even included a detailed binder full of information and ideas pertaining to the area. Larry was so prompt with his responses and always kept us in the loop. He even provided several great hiking ideas that we utilized throughout our stay at his home. We were so grateful for the overall experience and left with incredible memories!

I wish I could’ve stayed longer!! Great private location. Nestled right in the center of a quiet neighborhood. Extremely easy to access the other parts of town. As soon as you pull into the driveway you’re gonna feel right at home. The ambience inside will settle your mood, as soon as you make it to the living room. Everything was perfect, especially after a long day a traveling. I’d highly suggest it to anyone. My family and I enjoying our stay immensely. Thank you Robbie for your amazing work, keep it up.

Great place! We came for a wedding in Saratoga and it was conveniently located for us and there was a lot of places around even though the place was on a very secluded country road. It was clean and the bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was nice too. Thank you !!

Perfect place to stay with my son as it was perfectly located near my family while visiting Clifton Park. John and Audrey were very warm and gracious hosts. Tons of space, Beds were extremely comfy and nice couch/Tv entertainment set up. Will definitely book again next visit.

This was our second time staying here. It is a beautiful and clean place. The hosts are very friendly and accommodated our stay well. We definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderfully uneventful stay, overall very easy. Host was very friendly and communicative, really appreciated all the amenities she provided to make our stay easier. The house was nice and clean, with very clear instructions and easy check-in/check-out. My only complaint is that the layout of the house was less than ideal for a family of 4 with 2 small kids - the stairs are very steep and narrow and too wide for a standard baby gate. Otherwise, it was a 5-star stay.

Wonderful stay. Wish it wasn’t pouring rain so we could’ve enjoyed the beautiful patio and fire pit! The host was extremely accommodating and in great communication. Would definitely come back.

What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

Lady Viola is a super charming Victorian home. We were very pleased with our stay. The home was clean, spacious and accurately described. The window AC in the bedrooms was a pleasant surprise as the weather was much warmer than expected. The location is super as you can walk to anything downtown. While the landscaping is a bit grown up the yard is very spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet. The host is very responsive. Great short stay for business. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Ermenita’s house. It was very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable beds and linens and many thoughtful touches throughout the lovely craftsman house. Quiet neighborhood with great Italian deli/store on the corner.

Beautiful space. Amazing countryside vibes. Fun hike down to the waterfall, great kitchen for cooking and a fun night in. There was lots of quaint stuff to do in nearby Middleburgh: thrifting, diners, 50s milkshake bar, antique book stores, hikes, breweries, and more. We loved that there was so many towels for the sauna and swimming. One note: give yourself a lot of time for the sauna to heat up. Instructions were clear and they gave us lots of local recs. Also LOVED the hammocks -- lots of cozy nooks to hang for a chill girls weekend. We might be back again! A great stay.

Our stay was short, but had a good one. The home is comfortable and spacious. Great for families, just be mindful that master suite is in basement with steep, cramped stairs for anyone with mobility issues. Other than that the place is as pictured, beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. We didn't have a chance to use it but sunroom and back yard looked lovely.

We spent the weekend in the area and Tim’s place was fantastic. It’s loaded with charm, comfortable and very well appointed and stocked (right down to treats for the dog). The location is beautiful and the views are amazing. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent apartment. Very clean, full fridge and nice appliances and access to laundry right there. Location is private and parking easy. No complaints and would definitely recommend! Host is also very fast to reply and will work with you on anything.

My husband and I attended a wedding and stayed here for 3 nights. It’s was such a lovely stay! A quiet street (with a street light right across the street), and a warm welcome as we entered the door. The place looked exactly as described and was a cozy place to land after the long days out. The shower pressure was also awesome and helped soak away the day. Anna was the perfect host! She made sure to let us know that we may not have service up there and that we should take down all the information in advance and was super proactive in all communication. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Carla was a wonderful host. More importantly her rental was beautiful and very comfortable. Would strongly recommend and we look forward to going back (when there’s less snow)!

Stunning location a short walk through lovely Congress park to downtown Saratoga. Scrumptious bakery in easy walking distance. The apartment was delightful: very clean with all the essentials stocked. We loved being able to stop back in during the day for a quick recharge before getting back into the middle of everything. Bright and sunny during the day and quiet and peaceful at night.

We stayed at Renee’s place during a summer festival weekend hosted at the mountain and it was perfect for our needs! Comfy bed, good kitchen set up and a nice place for lounging in between festival events. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Parking is difficult in downtown Saratoga Springs, but not their fault. Airbnb met all the requirements, not overly furnished or stocked in the kitchen area but got the job done in terms of giving us a place to sleep at night and being very centrally located.

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect—just a 30 min drive to Kaaterskill Falls and 5 mins to the local restaurants, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Michael was responsive and made check-in a breeze. We especially loved the beautiful views from the hot tub and how comfortable the space felt after a day of hiking and exploring. The sauna was a great surprise! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful escape to the Catskills. We’d absolutely stay again!
