F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , consisting of a bedroom, bathroom ( shower, sink), toilet, common area with sofa BZ, kitchenette and dining area, fridge, plaque... large plot, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, Romanesque church of the 11th..
