Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Round Hill Village

Robert and Marci are great hosts who try to think of everything a guest needs! We had a wonderful time at the place

The place is basically ski in ski out and right next to a bar / grill in kirkwood. It was reasonable pricing compared to other options on the hill. I would stay again.

We loved staying at this air bnb, there were a couple things missing or broken that we needed, laundry detergent, etc. all in all though great neighborhood and place to book for a couple of nights. For anyone else booking for the summer time, there was no AC although the fans work great and open windows at night too. It was perfect for smaller company, for us it was just 2 people and the area was absolutely lovely, we would definitely recommend!

My son and I stayed here for my birthday trip. This place was exceptional. It exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved it

Marci’s place was great for our first time to North Lake Tahoe. It was just my husband and I plus our french bulldog. The home was roomy and great for my pup to access the yard easily. The jacuzzi was such a great way for me to unwind as I worked remotely most of the week. Kitchen and living space was great for our needs. The master bedroom was a good size but the bed is really high, very firm and really squeaky. I preferred the kids bed in the smaller room haha. The location is good but is on an inclined street. Not a bad walk to the local beach but you will have to cross the main street with fast traffic. I didn’t attempt to use the kayak cart as it would’ve been hard for me. All in all it was a good place for our trip.

Really enjoyed the time here. Location is super easy to find. Mick is a great host and very informative. The place was equipped with everything you need. It’s pretty close to Tahoe city as well. Would definitely love to stay here again!!

We enjoyed staying at Heathers place. It was a great location and not too far from everything in Tahoe that we wanted to do. It had all the things we needed in a Airbnb and the outdoor views were beautiful! I will warn you that you can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors above you are doing or saying so it was very loud up until the late hours of the night. It’s not the hosts fault at all, so I would never blame them. It didn’t bother us too much, and they do provide sound machines in all the rooms, which definitely helped with that.

Great place to stay, you walk out the back gate and just around the corner is the lake front area. You can also walk to a nearby market for groceries, sandwiches, and coffee. There is a nearby boat launch and a ski lift for winter use. Also, great area to catch transportation such as TART.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is very private and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway with family and pets. There's a short trail nearby that offers a stunning view of the sunset, which was a lovely bonus. The location is super convenient: just 10 minutes from downtown and about 15 minutes from the beach. Overall, it was a great choice and we’d definitely stay here again!

The place is super clean and quiet. It seems to be recently remodeled. Appliances are new and easy to use. Convenient for driving to the South Lake Tahoe. The bunker bed provides good flexibility for different combination of travelers. I would definitely recommend and love to stay here again if we visit South Lake Tahoe area in the future.

Maria’s place is modern, airy, bright, and comfortable. The house was plenty big enough for our group of four adults, and could easily accommodate 2-3 kids or teens in addition. Lovely location a short drive from Fallen Leaf Lake and an easy walk up on to the Angora Ridge Trail. Maybe a 10-15 minutes drive down to the supermarket, restaurants and bars in South Lake Tahoe. Overall a great experience. Maria gave clear instructions and was very responsive via messaging. Thanks Maria!

A true gem in Lake Tahoe! A beautifully serene landscape in a quiet and charming neighborhood. Super close to the lake and river which was incredible for our family! We appreciated the great communication from Clark and the cleanliness of the home. Very thoughtful suggestions and instructions throughout the home. It was perfect for our family of 5. Sonia is super responsive and helped us debug a WiFi issue which turns out to be an outage of the provider. The place is really nice and quiet and super kids friendly. My young kids love the bunker beds. And there’s a pack n play ready to be used by younger kids. The place is super clean and cozy.

This was a great home for our trip! The distance from Heavenly was perfect, and the home was within walking distance to a wonderful bagel and coffee shop that we went to each morning of our stay. The location of the home is beautiful, Michelle was extremely responsive to any questions that we had during the stay, she was always a simple text away. Overall, it was a very accommodating stay and everything was perfect!

Great location close to the water and great for the family and our dogs :) we had a busy time away from the place seeing all of Tahoe but it was great to come back to at night and be so close to the water for walks and close to great coffee shops. Omar was very informative via the messenger even though I didn’t have many questions we were just busy having fun! Great for the family I recommend their place

Modern rustic, aesthetically pleasing decor, peaceful & serene location, bucolic sunrises, close drive to Stagecoach, cozy tiny kitchen, personal touches in bathroom & kitchen - like: makeup cloths, mouthwash, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tea, Keurig pods, chapsticks & hand sanitizer, family friendly games, 2 modern fireplaces & battery operated candles, make for a pure escape into the mountains & trees, close to the clandestine most beautiful lake. I only wish the hot tub was available year round, especially after a glorious day shredding the slopes! Thank you to Michael - for being attentive to details & design, available to queries, & flexible with plans. Our family, including our Samoyed, Nicco, enjoyed our stay & adventures in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains! 🏔️ It was really hard to leave & look forward to returning soon!

Annie's studio has the ideal location in South Lake Tahoe with a lot of activities and scenic routes to Emerald Bay and varies waterfalls. Her place has a comfortable king size bed to rest at night and a little kitchenette to prep foods for hiking or outdoor picnics. In door parking is a plus especially during snow season.

We had a great 2 nights stay here. It’s kind of at a perfect spot where most good spots are like 10min by car and is peaceful at the same time. This area also has some nice hikes. Host is very responsive and even offered us an 8am checkin proactively a day in advance which was super cool and convenient. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Justin's place in S. Lake Tahoe. The condo was clean and spacious. The location made it very convenient to get into The Village or off the beaten path. Justin was communicative, welcoming, and helpful.

The view was spectacular and exactly as described. Gary's instructions for the property were very helpful. The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Only issue i had was i wish the tv in the bedroom was located in a better spot. Overall though great place to stay would recommend to others.

This is how it should be... direct contact with a responsive owner who is sharing their personal home. (not a corporate rental!) Chris always answered quickly when we had a question. Location was great for those who prioritize skiing and relaxing. View from balcony of Lake Tahoe was amazing! Shared hot tub just down the stairs and across the parking lot was great after skiing. Full kitchen to cook meals was wonderful, and well stocked with pots/pans/etc. Thank you Chris!!!

Matt was incredibly fast to respond to any questions I had with this booking and also when we arrived. It was spotless, well stocked and super peaceful away from the busy main drag of South Lake Tahoe. He offered lots of instructions on checking in and out and also his favorite places to eat and to hike. It was so great to have access to a washer and dryer as well as we had been hiking for 4 days prior to arriving. I wound highly recommend this rental! It was exceptional!

We loved staying here! The location was perfect—just a short drive to stores and right near a beautiful lake. The place was cozy and comfortable, and we appreciated the extra touches like the chairs provided for our use. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!
