We are nestled in a lovely rural, wooded neighborhood that feels remote, but is only a few miles from convenience. Our rental is a PRIVATE basement apartment in our home with a separate entrance about 1500 sq ft. We live upstairs with our 2 children and dog, guests will occasionally hear us. If you’re looking for a clean, spacious place to stay near Asheville, we have the perfect space for you. :)

WiFi, TV for Netflix etc. Just minutes to the Asheville airport, stores, breweries, restaurants + more. Funky Downtown Asheville, Historic Hendersonville + BlueRidge Pkwy are a short car ride away. Dog friendly but please bring your crate if dog needs to be left alone. Use of back patio too. Fire pit in back yard and small grill in carport are available.

This was our second time staying here. The house is very cozy and id a great place to stay for a romantic weekend. It's in a great location close to biltmore and Asheville while being in a very quiet neighborhood. It's a wonderful property and I'm sure we will be back if we come to Asheville again. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Everything was great except for the moths that we kept finding in the house. When we arrived at the house the front door was standing wide open. I didn't think that much of it but after a while it was apparent we had visitors. To be fair this was not a huge problem, but it was still an inconvenience. I still highly recommend this property despite the one issue.

I had a great time at the tree house. It is a perfect and peaceful stay if you’re looking to unplug. The instructions to get there are clear and I was able to find it easy, even at night. I recommend preloading or saving the directions because you will lose service before you get to boxturtle rd.

Best stay ive had on a vacation everything was clean and in its place the location was beyond perfect and the quiet surroundings and birds singing were so peaceful. The multiple a/c and air purifier were an amazing add on and the fire place was probably my favorite part other than the whole log cabin as a whole. We had a great time. I couldn’t have asked for more from a hotel or air bnb

We only stayed one night after enjoying an evening out in Asheville and headed out pretty early the next day. We didn't have an opportunity to really take advantage of our stay at Karl's. However, the place was very charming and we would certainly recommend. Karl had great communication and he accommodated us last minute. That was very much appreciated! Very clear instructions and easy process. Thank you Karl!
