House holiday rentals in Royal Pines

Our family felt right at home at Michael's A-frame. My husband commented that it felt as though we had stayed there before, and it really had. It has every amenity and creature comfort you could want or need, including a nicely stocked spice cabinet, plenty of linens, board games and puzzles, and a place to do laundry. Michael was friendly and helpful. Our family had an awesome time, and we hope to be back to enjoy the property in the summer months!

Amanda was an amazing host! She was super helpful with sending recommendations before our trip, and was on top of responses while we were there. She was more than happy to accommodate our needs.

It was lovely, the communications with the manager were perfect and we enjoyed our stay there very much. Linens could use a little refreshing, however.

This is such an amazing place and yes it is real! Incredible views and wonderful stunning home in the mountains. It really was a memory I'll have forever. Matt was so awesome, he helped us get settled in and the amenities were so awesome🙏. Stay here and prepare to be pampered all the way up in the mountains! ❤️

Our family is huge so it’s really hard to find a house large enough to host all of us. Daniel’s house was GORGEOUS and so spacious, the photos did not do this place justice. The upstairs was beautiful with large windows that let natural light in. We did encounter a mama bear and her baby, but Daniel warned us every day during our stay to keep trash in and be aware of the bears. We were secured inside the house and got to watch through the windows. It was an amazing experience for the kids. The golf cart was a game changer. We didn’t have to move our vehicles a lot. The amenities were perfect for us and the kids. Two pools, mini golf, and pickleball was all we needed to stay busy the entire weekend. Lake Lure was closed, but that was told to us weeks before the trip. We will definitely come back when Lake Lure opens. 10/10 vacation!!!!!!

Very cozy and comfortable home. Black Mountain is a charming small town with great shops and restaurants. Highly recommended. Did not really interact with Evolve beyond the welcome email. I did communicate with the owner a few times who was great. Very friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable, plenty of space for our group of 16. Pool and hot tub were a hit! Had an issue with the a/c on first day but hosts were quick to get it fixed. One bedroom (twin w/trundle) is off the master - worked for us but maybe not for a different group. Would recommend this place to others.

Smithson’s place was perfect for us. Very clean and cozy! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen that had full pots and pans and spices too! He was so kind to help me with a package debacle and always fast and nice responses. He made us feel at home and welcome. We enjoyed playing basketball on his side of the fence. Very dog friendly and also quiet. I enjoyed reading in the porch every morning with my coffee. Was also close to everything we wanted to go do! Highly recommend!

Really cozy and clean cabin in good location. Price is very reasonable.

This house was amazing!! Just as pictured but better in person. The room downstairs was a suite!! HUGE! The house was spotless and super comfortable for me and my family. I would definitely recommend it. It’s very close to the Biltmore (maybe 5 min away). Downtown Asheville was about 15 mins away. Very quiet neighborhood.

I can’t say enough about Tracey’s home. It was warm and inviting. The setting in the woods is a true escape. Tracey’s attention to detail is commendable. Everything is nicely labeled, so there is no guessing where items go. The home is spacious, spotless, and well equipped for a large group with everyone having privacy. The master bedroom and bathroom are phenomenal. Absolutely one of the best Airbnb’s our family has stayed in. Convenient to Asheville too! I highly recommend Tracey’s home.

This place was perfect! We felt so comfortable and relaxed. It smelled good, looked good and was really clean! The hot tub was easy to use and we took advantage each night the weather allowed. We didn’t want to leave and will absolutely stay again! Graham was very responsive and helpful. We had not a single thing we didn’t like or wished was different. If I could give it 100 stars I would. Oh yes, easy storage to unpack and “live” here for a week!

Beautiful Airbnb. We loved staying here for our weekend trip. Place was clean and cozy. We loved the theme and cleanliness of the place. The details were beautiful! Aly was extremely responsive and helpful as well! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a getaway in Asheville.

Enjoyed our stay - 20 minutes from downtown Asheville, 30 minutes to Hendersonville. An hour from some great hiking spots. The Hot tub and game room were great pluses. Worked great for our family of 4.

This location was well situated for our trip as it is close to Biltmore. It is also close to major roads which was helpful as we explored other parts of Asheville. Molly was extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay, and even checked in to see if we needed anything.

We had a fantastic stay at Chad and Jennifer’s Airbnb. It was a beautiful and well-kept space and was just as described in the listing. We enjoyed the privacy and the gorgeous backdrop the property had to offer. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Asheville!

Great place to stay for a quick weekend in Asheville!

This property is just as it is advertised. There are floor to ceiling windows that capture a stunning view of the mountains or you can sit outside to enjoy them! The house is well equipped, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there are air conditioning units in each bedroom that can be set separately. The TV can easily hook up to all the major streaming services and the hosts leave an informative instruction book for guests which is really helpful with great recommendations. We lived our time here and would come back again. Our AWD Honda did well getting up the steep drive.

This property by Carolina Mornings is perfect for your getaway to the Asheville area! It provided plenty of space for our party of six and had everything we needed for our vacation. Very clean and organized! One note ... the driveway is VERY STEEP! We had trouble getting our van up the hill in the dark when we first arrived. Guests should prepare by renting a vehicle that has enough horsepower to make it up the driveway!

The apartment was actually larger than expected and had a very comfortable layout. Everything was very clean and well maintained plus there were a lot of extra touches and amenities that made our stay very convenient.

Very much enjoyed our stay! The house was comfortable and peaceful, with plenty of room for our family. The host was very responsive and accommodating and we would definitely stay here again!

Dave and Jess's home was absolutely perfect for our six adult family gathering. It was comfortable, roomy, clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood was beautiful. Dave and Jess (and their manager, Josh) were pleasant and quick to communicate. I would definitely recommend this place to other Asheville/Arden/Hendersonville visitors.

Arriving at the home it was decorated for holidays outside but when we went inside there was a decorated tree and holiday decorations that were lovely. A great welcome! Great kitchen for holiday cooking. Location to area restaurants was ideal. Home was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great visit.
