Beachfront holiday rental in Royan

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Very nice, very bright apartment, in the very center of Royan (we were happy to be there when the weather was dreary! it was convenient). It's easy to park nearby in April. Well equipped apartment and very nice bathroom. The double key is always appreciated in the absence of a lockbox. Very nice host.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

I recently spent a weekend with my family in Royan. I was pleasantly greeted by Liliane who was very available from our arrival. The apartment is well located (a few steps from Claye beach), 10-15 minutes' walk from Royan market and 10-15 minutes from shops and boutiques (at the port). It is also clean and well-equipped. Despite the traffic on the avenue, the rooms (which are at the back of the apartment) are well protected from noise. All in all, it was a great weekend, and again a big thank you to Liliane for her kindness and help during our stay. Highly recommended.

Very nice renovation for this small quiet house 15 min walk to the beach. Ideal for couples or small families. We enjoyed the large enclosed garden, perfect for our dog. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and contact with Sébastien is very fluid and friendly. Perfect stay!

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! Very welcoming host, Jessica was able to listen and answer our questions, she advised us on places to visit and was great!! The accommodation was very clean when we arrived, small but warm so it didn't bother the size, for 2 people it was very good. She remained available for if we had any issues, and told us not to hesitate. Very nice as a person, smiling and solar, a pleasure to have met our hostess. Thanks for everything Jessica!! 😁

The accommodation is great, very well located, problem with hot water during my stay nothing serious. The noises from the floor bothered me, the height of the walls does not match the decor, the TV screen is too small for the living room space, and the bed is very low. A little decoration in the bathroom would make it more gay. 99% of Airbnb rentals that provide linens also make efforts to provide spices in the kitchen, such as pepper, salt, sugar, and olive oil, which are generally the basics in a rental kitchen... You ask for cleaning supplements or for earlier arrivals and many other things, etc. You should be perfect and excellent at everything to justify your requirements. I recommend your accommodation because it is well located.

The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.

Very nice place, quiet, clean and true to pictures. The host Myriam is very friendly and responsive. Location is great, close to beach, central market, shops, about 5-10 minutes walk. We had a great stay there.
