Cottage holiday rentals in Royan

Very nice large house with a large wooded garden. Close to the sea, bike paths and all amenities. The beaches are very beautiful with a wild side, there are even natural pools, it's perfect for children. Great for a family vacation! We received a very nice welcome, Simon and Ludivine are very friendly and available! We'll be happy to go back!

Great value for money, the location is great (near a supermarket 5 min drive, near Royan and Saintes), this house will take you away from the city. Beware of having 1 bathroom for 10 people (but we know this from the reservation) Otherwise, really in line with expectations, I recommend it!

Everything is relaxing. The old stone mill and its green environment for the eyes, the sound of the river and the birdsong for the ears, the smell of trees in bloom and cut grass. The mill is a 5-10 minute walk to all the amenities that the small medieval town of Pons offers. Louise and Michael welcomed us warmly, caring about our well-being in their home while preserving our privacy. We had a great weekend at Moulin Chaillou, we can only recommend it. Stephane is a great hotel, friendly, available and accommodating. the accommodation is very well located 25 minutes walk from the beach of chatelaillon.

Virginia is a very welcoming host and available for any requests. the accommodation matched the photos and very quiet.. it is very cozy!! the optional breakfast is very hearty. the shared pool and sauna spa area are a plus for this accommodation . ideally placed place to discover the region.. I highly recommend it

Top rental the little extra: the plancha. Two bathrooms and two toilets, great for the number of bedrooms. Top campsite, nothing is missing. Well located, only one thing to complain about, to be redone. Thank you Tess for everything.

Small peaceful retreat after a busy day of walking. Booking made only for one night, we appreciated the cleanliness of the very functional and nicely decorated space. Florence is responsive and pleasant .. thank you for the advice provided for our arrival! 😉 We would recommend it without hesitation.

A lovely house in a lovely location. The house is decorated beautifully and has everything you need for a really comfortable stay. The beautiful garden makes the house feel really private but you are also close to plenty of amenities. There’s lots to do in the local area and Cathy was great at recommending beautiful towns nearby to visit.

Great stay at Sandrine. The house is very nice and well-equipped. It is located on a quiet street with the beach a few minutes by bike. We'll be happy to go back!

That's a truly lovely place. As if you were a donkey skin in its little cottage. Much better equipped of course. It's also Disneyland for dogs. Valentin and Pauline are charming which does not spoil anything. We'll be happy to go back!

I would recommend Stéphanie's home, it's cozy and the cleanliness is impeccable. It has everything you need and the environment is quiet. Stéphanie and her daughter told me well and were very responsive and friendly. Ideal for a weekend away as a couple and in addition, pets are allowed 😊

Hello, what a beautiful place, quiet, serene surrounded by animals. Lauriane was there, we were greeted with a smile despite 1 hour late (traffic jam and road works). This place is quiet, peaceful with many animals that delight both adults and children. This address is in the top ten of the places I have been able to go. Thank you to Lauriane for her kindness.

Beautiful little pool with a small garden where you can meet with family. Karen lives right next door and is very helpful. A beautiful place that I recommend.

If you prefer, a real quality home, spotless in its entirety , quiet , beautiful very large garden, you will need a car , but if you want This type of property that’s just not the norm, it’s got everything you need , Isabelle is on the ball if needed, But things really are home from home , Sadly the birds beat us to the cherries, ! Perfect and quiet stay. The cottage is very well-equipped, nothing is missing for us or the children. The outdoor area invites you to relax. Marie-Françoise and Jean-Luc, of great kindness, welcomed us warmly. A property to remember!

Our stay at Kathryn, Mark and Otis's was perfect. A magical, peaceful place where you can recharge and where you can feel at home. Extremely well-equipped, we were as good as at home. The amenities are complete. And the many activities offered were perfect, kayaking, boating, children's pool, fishing, picnic… and the environment is beautiful and very rejuvenating. A very big thank you to you for sharing this beautiful corner of paradise with our family. We'll be happy to go back.

Very good stay at Guillemette's. We were 4 people with a 2 year old baby. The house is very spacious, very functional, bright, clean. A very quiet place on the edge of forest surrounded by cats, chickens and dogs. The place with the house is peaceful. Rest assured. It was a pleasant stay spent at Guillemette's which is very nice. I would highly recommend for a vacation with friends and/or family with or without children.

We had a beautiful nine days at Anne’s house. Anne was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Her house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Anne showed us where to hire bikes and we loved the area, especially the beach and Boulangerie Feuillette. Anne’s house is a great base for visiting Île de Ré and we would love to return to explore more. I would recommend Anne highly as a host. Merci, Anne.

This is a totally beautiful gitte that is even better in the flesh than the photo's. A super tasteful space with everything you need. Nice and private with a delightful courtyard for eating or sitting in the sun. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim but the pool area was so pretty. It was so relaxing.. Its very near for many coastal places to visit, Royan being our favourite with its amazing architecture. The host Pierric was very charming and helpful and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place and hopefully will return at some point.

A great stay with the family. Very quiet and the house is very accessible. Bakery and supermarket right next door: it's a plus for breakfast and meals on site. The equipment in the description is very practical and we had a lot of fun (billiards, foosball, etc.). The Palmyre Zoo is only 20 minutes from the house.
