Great opportunity to enjoy yourself inside and out with the whole family. The outdoor area consists of a large terrace, sofa arrangement, dining table, lounge furniture, gym and swimming pool + spa. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and the spa 38, so no matter the weather, you can enjoy hours. Inside, there is plenty of room to play, cozy up or watch a great movie in the large open kitchen and living room area. Three rooms on the ground floor and in addition room + crearum and dressing area on the ground floor.

Beautiful and spacious villa located at the end of a closed road by Birkerød lake. The villa is very spacious and has a secluded south-facing garden. The villa is about 500 meters from the S-train station and only a 10-minute walk from the main street in Birkerød. Here you can relax in quiet surroundings close to the lake and forest and yet only 30 minutes from the center of Copenhagen. Small annex with fitness equipment, weights, spinning bike, rowing machine and bench press that can be used at your own risk.

Fra villaen er der direkte udgang til en 100 km2 stor træterrasse med delvis overdækning og med loungeområde, spiseområde og grill. I nærområdet er Søndersø med badebro. The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

Great villa apartment on a great location with sea view. Beach 2 min. walk. 5 min. to Skovshoved Harbour. 2 minutes to the forest. Great terasse. Free parking. 10-15 min by bus/train from Cph city center. Great for a summer vacation combining beach, forest and city. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and dining room. 3. Bedroom is placed in the basement. But we can arrange an extra bed in the dining room. Let Be aware that a neighbor in the basement next to the bedroom.

Nice, roomy, clean and quiet

We have room for 7 guests in our lovely townhouse with garden and carport. Free WiFi and SmartTv with internet access. The kitchen has everything it takes, and the bathroom has loads of bath towels, shampoo and paper. Fresh bed linen for all guests. Our place is ideal if you visit Copenhagen by car(!). It takes 15 mins to reach City Center and 20 mins to the airport. Enjoy the hectic city during the day and then relax in quiet surroundings in Herlev. Fancy an espresso... or a latte :-)

Cozy house with table tennis, foosball, bikes etc.

Rummelig og lyst hus, med pejs, bordtennis, foosball, dart, og en masse legetøj. Huset byder på 3 soveværelser plus sovesofa i kælderen. Dejlig have med klatretræ, trampolin, fodboldmål, gas grill og pizzaovn. 1,5 km til stranden, 600 m til stationen med direkte tog til København. Lige bag huset findes der en mark hvor man kan mødes køer og hester. Vi stiller 4 voksencykler, 1 børnecykel (6-10år), 2 løbehjul og 3 cykelhjelme til rådighed.

The “secret” loft within the Atelier is great for sundowners, movietime or play for bigger children.
