Zudem erwartet Sie eine private Terrasse mit Sitzbereich im Freien mit Blick auf den Rauschberg.

Zwischen München und Salzburg, im Herzen des Chiemgaus, 15km vom Chiemsee entfernt liegt meine Ferienwohnung im Maisonette Stil. Auf 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. Die Wohnung wurde im Winter 2019/20 teilrenoviert und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im selben Haus wie Geographers Cottage II

Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bäckereien, Metzger, Restaurants und der Bahnhof sind in ca. 15 Gehminuten oder 3 Autominuten erreichbar. Ruhpolding ist ein perfekter Startpunkt für Ausflugsziele wie Chiemsee, Salzburg, Berchtesgaden oder Königssee.

On 50sqm living you can make yourself comfortable (2 adults, 2 children + baby).
