In the immediate vicinity you will find various grocery stores, restaurants and inns, bakeries and butchers. The house is ideally located for summer activities such as hikes and bike rides as well as for winter sports. For excursions are well-known destinations such as Lake Chiemsee, Salzburg, Berchtesgaden-Königsee, Kössen, Walchsee and much more.

Old town apartment with terrace in Hallein

Our guest apartment is on the second floor of an old town house in the heart of Hallein and offers a nice view of the pedestrian zone. Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
