Ideal site for lovers of hiking (Saint Jacques de Compostelle), cycling (legendary stage of the Tour de France) and the ViaRhona for cycle tourists! Culoz has all amenities within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation. The train station is down the street, a 5-minute walk away.

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Access to the "Acacias" for people with disabilities is provided, please contact us.

Halfway (20 minutes by car) between Annecy and Aix les Bains, you can discover the entire Savoie and Haute-Savoie region with an extraordinary playground in both summer and winter, the historical heritage, the thermal baths of Aix les Bains... and enjoy all the activities in the countryside and the nearby ski resorts in winter.
