Culoz has all amenities within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation. The train station is down the street, a 5-minute walk away.

The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Located in the city center, quiet residence close to all amenities, opposite the Quais des Arts Cultural Center with regular shows and a media library. Train station 2-minute walk away (hourly trains to Annecy and Aix-les-Bains). Parking in blue zone in front of the building and free underground parking nearby.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
