The Appendix, our accommodation is an outbuilding of the house not overlooked directly, with private access. Quiet studio and ideally located in Annecy Seynod, 5 min by car from the center of Annecy, 15 min by bus from the train station, 30 min walk from the center, 30 min by car from the ski. Close to the mountains, the lake, you can enjoy the outdoor areas of the house as a couple, or solo. Multiple on site parking spaces. The kitchen is equipped and the accommodation is air-conditioned if needed.

It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. The next ski resorts are about a one hour drive

This accommodation has a resolutely unique style. It is a charming stone house. It is composed of a kitchen, a dining room bathed in light. On the 11 m2 balcony you can enjoy meals with panoramic mountain views. You will be quiet in a green setting. Free parking available.
