Hello 👋🏼 My apartment is in the old town. It's close to the train station and the city center. Annecy is small, so you can easily access the lake from my place. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges, and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, terrace and enclosed garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood and unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 minute drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Wooden tiny house, everything has been handmade, from the structure to the furniture, with lots of recycled materials. Charming, sublime view of the mountains, in a field, with a large sofa, desk, large kitchen, bathroom, a mezzanine with a bed and a net to go on the terrace, on the roof of the house. Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. From the accommodation you can even go hiking in the forests and the Semnoz mountain and in winter access by bus its family ski resort.

Train station 2-minute walk away (hourly trains to Annecy and Aix-les-Bains). Parking in blue zone in front of the building and free underground parking nearby.

It is located 2 km from the beach of Châtillon at the end of Lake Bourget, and it is a 10-minute drive 9 km from Chanaz, a very flowery village crossed by a Roman canal that connects the Lake to the Rhône from where boats leave for Aix-les-Bains as well as the Abbey of Hautecombe, necropolis of the Kings of Italy. For bike lovers, it is possible to take excursions in the largest poplar grove in Europe.

Our cottage "La Montagnette" is a fully equipped, clean and very well located house in the heart of a small mid-mountain village at 430 m altitude in the heart of Chautagne, between lakes and mountains. Guests can enjoy our beautiful sunsets from the large covered terrace with stunning views of the Grand Colombier With Lake Bourget 10 minutes away and all these surrounding mountains, there will be plenty of activities in any season!

With its independent entrance and small separate kitchen, you will be totally autonomous, ideal for a couple or single person (possibility of adding a baby bed for young children). Quiet in the countryside, you can spend a relaxing stay 20 minutes from Annecy and Aix-les-Bains. A bar restaurant is 50 m from the accommodation. A private parking space will ensure parking without any problems.
