A 1-room apartment on the first floor of an old farmhouse with a separate entrance and about 23 square meters of space, which we have lovingly brought to its current state. The area is perfect for hikers, motorcyclists, bikers and otherwise all who love nature. It is also not far to Lörrach (14 km), Schopfheim (13 km) or Basel (27 km).

Enjoy your stay at this quiet and centrally located 80m2 home with a high standard of construction! In 5 minutes on foot you are at the train station, 1 min to the bus stop, 1 min to the shop. Free parking next to the house. The house has an elevator, the apartment is on the 2nd floor. The top insulated apartment offers you everything you need, via washing machine/dryer, to comfortable underfloor heating, to the highlight glass shower.

Tetto Piccolo, the small roof (own apartment)

I call this little home "Tetto Piccolo." It is a 40 m² apartment. Behind the house is a small playground. Next door is the physiotherapy school and the Rhine Jura Clinic. The thermal bath is also within 3 minutes' walk. The Swiss border is also very close. The quiet location close to the mountain lake and a beautiful view of Switzerland invite you to relax. Wi-Fi is available. There is also a tourist tax of €2.5/day/person to be paid.

It is well divided for two people and it is fully furnished, with TV and game console (XBox). The kitchen has an oven, microwave and Nespresso machine. The apartment is centrally located 100 m to public transport and by car you can reach the highway in 8 km.
