The newly completed air-conditioned apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts. Experience the wonderful peace of the stone house and the atmospheric environment. Tämä tilava rivitalo kaksio (65m2) sijaitsee Olavinlinnan kupeessa rauhallisessa naapurustossa aivan Saimaan rannan ääressä. Asunnossa on oma sisäänkäynti, parveke, sauna ja täysin varusteltu keittiö. Eteisen seinältä löytyy ilmalämpöpumppu takamaan miellyttävän lämpötilan kesät talvet. Asunto on koristeltu viherkasvein.
