The apartment is small but compact and includes everything you need. You can park your car in the yard for free and the bus runs right next to it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Firewood is provided for the fireplace. There is a sauna and a drying cabinet. You can bring your own bed linen or rent it. The price is 12 euros per person.

There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.

The House is located on the lake in the woods, 12 km from the main road #6. Location is very peaceful and scenic. It is integrated into the rocky landscape with a panoramic view over the lake through pines.
