Panorama Villa is located on the shores of Lake Saimaa, in front of a long shoreline. Between the sandy beach and Villa, there is a lawn where you can play frisbee golf, petanque, and other outdoor activities. The lake landscape is visible from the living room, porch and sauna. At the back of the villa there is a summer kitchen recess with a Weber gas grill. In winter there is an ice hole.

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Find your peace in a classic Finnish cottage with a sauna in the immediate vicinity of Lake Kivenkänä in South Karelia. The cottage is electrified, service water must be carried from the lake, guests must bring their own drinking water. Dry toilet. Not far from the cottage is the Kyläkuppila Käpälämäki bar, where in addition to the classic offer of drinks and meals, you can also buy basic groceries, various consumer goods, and fishing permits. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Rockhouse on käsin lähipuista rakennettu. Maja on mukavuuksilla varustettu lämmin maja kalliolla luonnon ja metsän eläinten keskellä. Terassilta on näkymät noin 4 km päähän järvelle auringonlaskun suuntaan. Terassilla erilliset maisemasauna ja lasitettu tunnelmallinen grillikota. Mökki on täydellinen pariskunnalle ja oikein hyvät pienelle perheelle. Iso terassi talon ympäri. Osa terassista lasitettu. Oma kaivovesi on juomakelpoista.
