Monthly Rentals in Rusticoville

From the very beginning Cois was extremely responsive and helpful. They took the extra step of leaving a card and gift for one of us who was turning 76 the day we arrived. The accommodations had everything we needed ++ and the location was great! If you’re looking for a great place to stay for up to 7 people, each of the 3 bedrooms having its own bath, a deck overlooking the water, in an area of great beaches, awesome restaurants and salt of the earth people, this is where you want to be!! What an absolutely fantastic place to stay! As two photographers, we wanted to see all of PEI. The Happy Place was perfect as a base for traveling the rest of the Island. Josie's home was just what we needed for two couples, each having their own side for privacy. With the location on a dead end street, it was quiet and peaceful with amazing sunrises every morning. All the amenities were as described, WiFi was fast and reliable, and the front porch was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing at night watching the moon rise. If we ever get the opportunity to go back to PEI, The Happy Place will be our home away from home!!

This has been my favourite place to stay! So homey! It was spotless and had nice crisp fresh sheets! The kitchen was so cool and even tho we didn’t use it, everything was there that one would need! I can’t wait to take my husband next time! The only thing that wouldn’t even be a negative but helpful is to have extra towels and bedsheets available.

We stayed for a month and loved every minute! Joelle's home is even more stunning than it looks in the photos - clean, airy, spacious, modern, and cozy. We loved cooking in the perfect kitchen and having movie nights downstairs in the TV sitting room. The yard is huge, a giant lawn that our kids loved every day, and the nearby woods were also fun to explore. The wifi was high-speed so we could easily homeschool and work remotely with no issues. Watching the sunset while sipping a drink on the deck was my favorite part of every day. Honestly, I can't recommend this beautiful house enough. Joelle was a professional, friendly and wonderful host!
