The city's top eateries are a stone's throw away : Roots, The Star Inn The City, Betty's, Skosh, Partisan, Le Cochon Aveugle, as well as numerous pubs and bars; a gentle stroll back home at night. The beautifully restored medieval buildings of Stonegate and the Shambles provide the perfect setting for some last minute shopping. Thank you for your interest in staying in my magical, mystical hovel while I'm out of town. My name is Helga Hexley and I'm an old hag aged just over 300 years. I'm neither a good witch nor a bad witch; I mostly keep myself to myself - which is probably why I have lasted so long. My hovel is hidden away down a spooky alley and you will be sent secret instructions how to find it. It's just a 20 minute walk to the city centre along the river path or less than a minute on a broomstick.
